Yeah for me back then " Blasphemy" was Dope! I understand Quik is a artist and Producer but that needed to be the way it was because of what PAC was saying was Deep! It didn't need over the top production

He's talking about 1991! The year Pac's first album came out and got outshined by Ice Cube's Death Certificate Album that came out that same year! I'm that old to remember people standing in line at the record shop to get that album! Ice Cube outshined everyone that year. Even DJ Quik came out that year with Quik Is The Name and it had more heat than Pac's albums.

We don't worry about beats when we listen to Pac. Pac lyrics and his voice itself makes beats stick out. We love all his unfinished or mis-mixed songs!! Pac passion just came through so hard and aggressiveness.

It's one of those album were as time goes on you realize how special it is and every song is addressing something different & he closed out makaveli with against all odds absolutely amazing track.
As a black man. That album for a man is just levels. Pac hits your identity and integrity as a black man in so many ways. White manz world is my sheet right now. But that can change cause there's no skips!
Song was still horribly mixed. But you wouldn’t catch that though because you just consume whatever bs they throw at you! Bass was too crunchy! Like how songs sounded off of an early 2000’s illegal download off of Limewire. But you probably still can’t tell. It’s a good song though.

I used to DJ parties and ppl would bring me cds with ripped songs off the internet that sounded horrible but wanted me to still play and I wouldn’t because it sounded like crap. DJ quick is stupid along with Nore: the makavelli album was actually more potent and sounded so good. Better than all eyes on me. All eyes on me was just more mainstream and commercial based on beats and others in put like dj quick. Makavelli was ALL Tupac influenced and you can tell. Hail mary one of the most memorable songs of all time.

I remember the first time I heard the Makaveli album. Bomb First was the first song I heard. This white woman was banging it while she was driving. I didn't hear the lyrics but I knew it was Pac because he was the only one who could take that Uptown Anthem beat and make it darker/harder.

From doing my homework , Makaveli was to have A mixtape sound , he wanted to work with no name producers getting the sound he wanted which he helped produce the beats, do y’all homework on the producers and the story about Makaveli and what PAC really wanted the Album to sound like , the 7 day theory was actually called the 3 Day theory and had way more tracks and had different Beats which some of those songs was released on bootleg versions at flea markets after he passed. They rushed that Album.
