Hey Jino, I know you don't need any explaining but this song was an unexpected one for me. The vibe of it was a new approach I think to BTS as well as the music industry (in my opinion). I felt like there are many genres incorporated in the song which worked well. Not only that but the meaning behind the song is also very touching. This is because they refer to PLUTO which was deemed to no longer be a planet and just be known by its asteroid number, “134340”- separated itself from what it was always known to be - so touching and clever! They connected that to loving someone and longing for them but they’re not there. Throughout the song, the references in their lines all describe Pluto’s current state and somehow they connect it back to their goal of talking about loving someone from a distance. I feel like these kinds of songs are what stand out to me the most. They’ve done this in the past too, just like for Whalien 52. But all in all, I think it’s amazing how they can incorporate real-life things that are beyond them into their songs to convey a deeper meaning.
Ed Sheeran wrote this for them after hearing and falling in love with Spring Day. He actually wanted to create a song as special as Spring Day and sought them out specifically. I hope you react to Spring Day soon! 💜

Geez!!! You are really spoiling us with all these reactions tonight. Yes, the production of this song was done by Ed Sheeran, maybe that’s why it’s so good and unique. Also, you should definitely listen to more of their songs because personally I don’t even think this is their best, and that’s saying something. i can see why RM and Suga’s rap was maybe a bit unfitting for this song, although I still enjoyed it a lot. Still, in RM’s vlog, he said he initially intended this song to be a vocal song only, but Ed Sheeran really insisted on including the rapline because he wanted to reproduce the vibe of Spring Day. Anyway, I’m also really looking forward to their performance on Colbert later, but they have already performed it live in Korea and they really pulled it off 😁❤️😊
If you want more of jhope singing then you should watch his Trivia- Just Dance. It's a solo song, he vocalises in it. He also sings in Spring Day. He's always vocalising in the background but the vocal line's voices always covers his up. There's also Trivia- Love by RM and Trivia- Seesaw by Suga. They all sing. I guess it's best described as sing-rap? Idk lol.
you should listen to 134340 by BTS, it's an old song but it's so good. Probably, you'd like it. Another good song is FOREVER RAIN by RM, you should check it out, it has an Mv and it's so different from what we are used to hear from RM's rap. Lyrics so good.

I love this song so much. Hearing it in person was amazing. I loved their performance at their comeback than on the Late Show. Maybe I'll like it better the second time I hear it. Jungkook seriously delivers this song people joke he eats CDs, but I'm not surprised. He is the most stable live. Jhope's and Suga's give me chills personally. Jin really got me in this song. Of course I love Jimin and V's performance though as well. 💜💜💜💜 Anytime Jhope sings or barely raps I really love it. oof getting bts played on the radio is its own struggle but at least we've gotten to the point where one song can be played relatively consistently! i hope make it right being performed on colbert can give it a lot more exposure, i think it and mikrokosmos were the highest charting b-sides on itunes. this song always brings back concert memories! i was at rose bowl day 1 and i'm so grateful i was able to hear both those songs live ... with the phone flashlights waving, army singing along, bts having a good time, and the great weather... genuinely one of the best nights of my life

I like BTS because of their b-sides. I am sorry for the people who have prejudice against them thinking they are too colorful poppy due to their famous title songs. Those people are missing a lot. BTS is the one who made me appreciate rap songs too. Best ex: TEAR.

If you want to react to the live i personally wouldn't recommend the Stephen colbert one. They sound way better In their comeback show in Korea. I don't know what it is with American shows but they always manage to do something funny to the microphones, so it doesn't sound quite right. Their microphones are way too loud compared to the music, and they're a little bit out of synch with the backing vocals, so I don't think they could hear themselves well 🤔
Huh, I had the opposite reaction. I thought they sounded way better on the Late Show than they did in their comeback. To me the camera work and set up on the Late Show was the best I've seen on American television. It was a particularly effective performance. But every BTS performance is great and it is probably just personal preference :)

Rewatching Jino's reactions 2+years later....this was the day/nite I first saw/heard BTS (Colbert Late Show) and fell in love immediately...!! Boy With Love homage to the Beatles on Ed Sullivan and this beautiful piece of music Make It Right...💜 I am a BabyBoomer old enough to be the grandmother to these seven incredible young men/artists and have never had so much respect and enjoyment from any musicians since the 60/70's (except maybe Tony Bennett!?!)... BTS is definitely having an amazing, positive and well deserved impact on the world...!!💜 Found DJ Jino shortly after this reaction and have been a loyal fan ever since....his musical taste, honesty, Korean input and wry sense of humor (livestreams are always fantastic..)👏🤩 Thank you BTS and Jino for bringing joy to so many of us around the world...!!!💜

There is another song in the same album (MOTS:Persona) you might also like called Home...fyi, the rappers in BTS do sing in many of their songs and solo i.e. Spring Day, Seesaw, basically all songs in RM Mono playlist... I like how their vocal style changes album to album...

Ed Sheeran wrote this track and sent it to BigHit specifically for BTS. So far when performing live in concert it is done with no choreo and it sounds amazing. Another great one from Persona is Mikrokosmos - they closed the concerts with that and it was amazing (I saw them Day 1 at Soldier Field in Chicago - BTS' First Winter Concert).
Jimin's voice is really unique. If i am not wrong ,i think he once said that he got the least amount of training because he came in late to the group, so i think he really has a lot more room to grow...but it's hard because they are always busy and it really bothered him in the past and i think it still does... which makes me love him even more. I have also seen videos of him singing whilst Jin plays the guitar and it sounds very beautiful and natural. He also sounds very good when he uses a lower register/tone. I think with more time, he will find his own path and will fully come to embrace his unique voice ...i believe he will shine very brightly.🤗🤗🤗 "it has to be on American radio" agreed!!
