I'll always remember the first time I heard this. Had a gig that night and was in the car scrolling FB. This came up on the dnb ID group and it was literally just released. I played it that night and everyone there was gobsmacked by it. Amazing. Will always be a great memory for me!
First heard it dropped at a rave the other night By Satl, (at Phonox North Quarter Night) Stuff is faking crazy at rave... And there was more insane tunes similar to this playing in the night, not sure if they were using a Big Delay effect on one of the synth bits or if I was tripping out, but it was intense and sick in a best way.
can anyone tell me how these type of jungle basses he makes in pretty much all his tracks now are made . are the from Samples ?. if not is it a synth over a sub bass. I make tunes my self and always wanted to know how to create those old school basses. ?!?
+DnB JYNX well it didn't sound like you knew what you were talking about? who calls bass basses lol, I'm not sure really, lots of pitch bend. Dillinja uses the same bass in 'friday', that was done on analogue gear, not sure if serum does the same
the basses as there's obviously a sub bass under that screech synth and the other bass which has no synth and guess is a sample hense basses implying more one . don't know what I'm talking about
Is There another track similar to this ? Sound more like boat horn when it drops..... been looking everywhere since I heard it at hospitality in the park :(
I fucking love this type of dnb music, I know it’s jump up but is there an actual name for that type of noise? Can someone tell me some other songs with a similar drop? TOO DIRTY
Maxwell i call them Rollers🔊 Serum - Heavy & Dark VIP, Xyphon in the jungle, Voltage Smoked Out, Macca - Ok, Critical Impact - Bulletproof Vest ..... let me know how you get on👀
Vincent: And you know what they call a... a... a Quarterpounder Bass in Paris? Jules: They don't call it Quarterpounder Bass? Vincent: No man, they got the metric system. They wouldn't know what the fuck a Quarterpounder is. Jules: Then what do they call it? Vincent: They call it Royale Basse
