How uneducated i’ve been all these years thinking drift phonk was the “real” phonk. The actual phonk sounds very relaxing,also energetic but not the aggressive energy from drift phonk. Its balanced sample vocals are very nice.
I hadn't known the phonk genre for a long time, but the first songs I heard were different from the songs that Spotify recommends me lately. Stupid of me, simply I was thinking that I stopped liking this genre. One day RU-vid recommended me a video about what is happening with this genre and I understood everything. @@datedmorality224 I just looked for what you say and I don't like raider klan, it sounds low quality and is less melodic. Personally I like this phonk better, it's more lively but it's not Tik Tok trash. What you have recommended reminds me of rap and it is not what I am looking for. Thanks for the recommendations
As a shittier song genre filled with high BPM and adrenaline rush inducing distorted mess that doesn't complement it's original genre, still don't know how people call drift phonk phonk when it's literally more hardbass than phonk

Как же это круто, после drift-phonk это прямо рай для ушей уже раз 55 переслушиваю. Я раньше не интересовался phonk'ом а потом стал, слушал разное сначала house потом wawe дальше drift, и после прослушивания многих drift-phonk'ов устал, вот просто взял и устал, а тут такое а спасибо. Спасибо смоук тебе за такой шедевр, после этого пойду послушаю остальные твои трэки, зато историю узнал о phonke больше, после того как его доскональна изучил. Ну всё я пошёл пока!
впервые я послушал этот трек пару месяцев назад... тогда он мне не особо зашёл теперь же у меня опыт 700+ треков и я начал слушать не только дрифт фонк, и теперь я понимаю вайб этого трека...

Ok for everyone having seizures, i know but i did not studied shi, phonk term come from funk, the term was introduced by Raider Klan and followed the ways of OldSchool type funk music from Memphis, like Three Six Mafia, SPV, Children of the Corn and a lot of others. Nowadays Phonk follows the type of more agressive phonk, like Tommy Wright III, thats drift phonk. So basically phonk its a chill type of music, more spiritual if youd prefer.
