Same thing here. The CD and the box are in a drawer somewhere, all scratched and used up... but it still plays flawlessly, and the music is awesome!

1999 i was a soldier KFOR and a have no mp3 Player like this time(2016) only a old cd -Walkman . and one time we haved time with all my soldier friends for coming together for a beer at kosovo camp !!!!!!!!NOBODY HAVE A CD ! but i have my PEAKTIME CD FROM DJ TONKA THIS WAS SO GREAT : this was the first time listen to real good house Music for someone ! and i enjoyd my peaktime cd !thanks dj tonka ...

+Spawn Terror I wouldn't press 'dislike' myself (a proud owner here B) ), but I could come up with a couple of reasons: Some might be put off by the use of vocal samples, that's perhaps a bit over the top at parts. Takes a bit getting used to, especially if you're not familiar with the style. Also, the album starts off very energetic, but loses some of the momentum towards the end, with a couple of misses IMO... so one could end up disappointed for that, I guess. Oh, and a few technical reasons (here in YT) could be that the original album is mixed as a continuous piece, but here there are noticable gaps between the songs. Also, no timestamps/links for the tracks. General sound quality is always debatable too. I'm still definitely a liker :).

Que lastima que sólo puedo darle un like jajajaja, le daría más!!! Esta mezcla realmente me pone al 100!!! Viva el funky house, viva Dj Tonka...quién sabe qué ha sido de él actualmente, pero la verdad es que ojalá hubiera más música de esta y que él sacara otro CD mezclado como este!!!

I adore this album !! In the 90's and 2000's in Mexico, there was a radio station which was "W Radical 96.9" where they broadcasted a lot of priceless house and I remember I used to record the songs in old cassette tapes. One day I heard "The Night" but at that time I didn't know it was its name but I recorded it anyway because it was amazing. Many years later, I revisited each and every cassette I had and, with the help of Shazam, I started to retrieve the names of all those songs. Among them was "The Night" which eventually led me to this amazing album. Beautiful and priceless good old times :D

I agree with most of people that saying that this is one of the best house mixes. I also listen it time to time, simply wish to listen this mix only!!! And that tradition is going on for years and years, maybe 20 years i dont know... There is no such mixes like this. This is evergreen of house music!

Hey almost 22 year old here. Just a kid with little time who spends the little free time he has delving into old school dance music I am absolutely speechless with all the amazing music I have found from the killer beats to the groundbreaking bass lines to the uplifting and shoulder swaying Todd Edwards to the popping yet invigorating stardust let knight club and daft punk and unbelievably heart pounding and irresistible Carl Cox and ah I can name sooooo many others like man it makes me so happy to share this using with my friends and get the to enjoy it as well they either are completely entranced or their voices Crack in the small sparks of nostalgia and never really thinking they would want to revisit something that they expirienced so long ago until if hits them. I would love to get in sampling and making bass lines just to enjoy the music and maybe discover something new

I love Tonka, I hope he comes back to producing. Tonka and Purple Disco Machine would be an awesome collab. I like Tonka's tech disco house style, does other fans know which producers have same sound as Tonka? Techy disco house. The early Tonka 95-97 productions were experimental mostly and the sounds in "Feel" and "Old Skool" would be more popular now due to nu disco reneissance. Hope Tonka reads these posts, his sound is missed.
