I know Vibesy well he's literally the nicest realest guy in the rave scene, I've also had the pleasure of working on stage during his sets doing event photography/videography the past few years (he loves a deck pic 😂) always given me sound advice over the years

This took me back! Good times. Theres a big chunk of his story missing. His Cyndicut FM days. Thats where i first met Shane, and dj'd alongside him, Andy C, Dj DAZ (RIP), DJ Destruction, and many more amazingly talented artists, producers, promotors etc. Cyndicut is a big part of Shanes story, the South East rave scene, and it platformed amazing talent.

One of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, had the honour of filling in for him in Stoke one night and livelee picked me up. Never laughed so hard. Just top guys ❤

Being 46 yrs young, i prefer the 92 - 95 breakbeat piano/chipmunk/hardcore. The 180+ ,4x4 bpm became fairground sounding and to techno for me. So i moved over at 95 from Hardcore/Jungle to Garage. Love this series as a Happy Hardcore fan. Well Done! Fun fact btw: Vibes did some catchy unreleased Happy Hardcore tracks after 96 like "Ruffneck" which samples Shades Of Rhythm "Happy feelings". And there are three other tune he produced. "Essex To The Max" (samples the Sterling Void - Don't Wanna Go piano you are probably familiar with from Ravers Choice 1) He did a bit cheesier one called "Powerplay". And there's a third one called "Ave Dat" which was released on a mixed compilation only called Mad Core and maybe it was meant to be released on his Ave Dat Records label. watch?v=I7ptFtixwF8 All available to listen on yt.

Just found this absolute gem of a channel thru watching the Scott Brown video, and it shocked me he was under Hyperact and "The Scotchman" which had one of my favorites tunes Now I c'mere to find one of my favorite Breakbeat Hardcore artists Vibes to have a whole history I've never known of! And happy hardcore has been a favorite of mine for a while long. God bless these videos and your channel man, it's dope shit!

These are really interesting to me because i come from the 90s punk scene and our two scenes didn't really live in harmony. Our scene was seen by many as freaks and weirdos and the HH scene was seen as neds and chavs. I always had a love for HH though. There are a few tunes that are up there with my favourite ever music. Anyway, I could tell you almost everything about 90s punk but for many years i didnt even know what these djs looked like, never mind their backstory. So these videos are much appreciated
