How the hell is django django not the most famous band in the world yet? I dont think I have ever heard a song from them I didnt like!

If Django Django were around in the sixties and/or seventies they would have been bigger than The Beach Boys... Period

Django Django stuff is so well produced like good pop music but with "alternative" intricacies. It's just going to be future-proofed and sounding nice in decades to come.

The videographer is brilliant.

There's some Dandy Warhols vibes in their sound. That's pretty cool, indeed.

I had a pair of "moon glasses" that made everything look like that back in the 60's.

This band has my heart. I'm gonna buy the hell out of the merchandise store at their concert I'm attending in 2 weeks just because I think they deserve to earn money with their so so sophisticated music and never-ending trippy video content. Priceless shit I love it

I find it strange that they are not given greater plaudits in the musical ether... But Talent will always reign supreme in what ever genre it lands in. This band transcend beautifully......

I listen to very specific and nuanced drumandbass / jungle / dubstep, some 2step garage and dub techno generally. Then because my mate at work plays music, I got hooked on DjangoDjango. Also by sifting thru some old profiles and playlists, I found I had booked "Life is a beach" tune 10 years ago. I liked it back then, but it was a one-off thing! It took me a while to flip the switch to this hippie vibe, but gotta say, DjangoDjango was the find of 2022.

Thanks to The Guardian's Sleeve Notes for turning me onto this great band! Made a workout playlist from my favourite tracks (including this number)
