AMF setting is an easy solution for all of these shots as it not only give you MF override but the focus wheel give you haptic feedback where to can stop the AF and or slowly rack focus or adjust focus when need
It’s pretty great once the grade gets dialed in. Wish I had a bit more dynamic range but it’s still pretty solid and interchangeable with most of my other cameras and their log profiles.
