@@jhonatanduarte7816 They already use "drones" (although UAV would be a better term) to spy (and kill) people. Look up "MQ-9 Reaper". Thing costs $32 milli a pop though so the government is looking for cheaper alternatives.
I live in Sri Lanka My country is an agricultural country I look forward to popularizing this device I'm not a very rich man But I'm trying I will buy one machine anyway. for a start I thank your agency for introducing such a product to the world.
But i built an hexacopter drone which is 20L payload and without load it can fly upto 55 minutes and with load it can fly upto 21 minutes since the payload here (pesticides) is decreasing in weight
The Small UAV Coalition brings together leading technology companies to pave the way for commercial, philanthropic, and civil use of small UAVs. ...so that's why DJI has their fingers in this group
Seen this ad so many times, finally I found it on youtube as a regular vidoe so I could like it! I understand the guy who wanted a farm from his mom, I want a farm too!
This is great idea for areas of the world where modern agriculture hasn't come. In the US it would take days to do what a turboprop Ar Tractor can cover in an hour. Would also make an outstanding cinematography platform. Could swing one hell of a Red camera with huge glass. Cool copter either way.
We rent our 100 acre family farm land to a huge farm down the road, they milk over 5000 head. It is amazing how fast they harvest crops today compared to when we were young one bail at a time lol. Them big tractors and equipment must cost a fortune to keep fueled up.
I can see how this would be good in limited circumstances but traditional spraying methods are currently cheaper and more thorough and just as fast - this would work best in uneven terrain. Hillsides perhaps
It's actually a steal. And at the amount of hectares an hour they mentioned, could be a real revolution. Just depends if farmers will trust the tech. And be able to learn to use it. 20k for this thing would pay itself off in one season.
@@FastGamingSeries Deltis only works with flat crop farms, like wheats and barleys. This drone is designed for difficult terrains, specifically with growing tea leaves and coffee crops.
