Hi Enri, and greetings from Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. Just discovered your YT Channel and I'm glad I did. As an amateur photographer and DJI Air 2S operator, I appreciated your thoughts and advice. Best regards, Randy
Hi Randy ! Thanks so much for the comment and greetings to you too directly here from Bologna in Italy ! Hope you're having fun there with the Air2S, it's really a fantastic drone, and so much fun to fly!
Thank you! Just purchased The 2S last week. You answered many of my questions. I have been doing still photography for several years. Droning photography is a learning experience. Can’t run and gun like on a Dslr at first. Maybe if I rode on the drone for a bit. Lol Thanks again for the great video!
You're gonna have a lot of fun with it Greg ! Definitely it's a different experience than a camera in your hands! Try getting more flight hours in a relaxed environment where you can just spend the batteries flying around in Speed mode, FPV mode, the different Active Track, POV modes, and you'll be an expert in no time !
Very informative. As a professional photographer for over 20 years I am just now making the jump to drone photography. This has given me better insight as to what the mavic air 2s is capable of. Thank you.
DJI Air 2S test performance in DLog-M Video - for better colour grading and amazing shots using DLOG vs HLG vs Normal Can you compare how we get the best performance especially for night shoot?
Hi Ferdi! In my DJI Air 2S Everything tested video I do this test, but it's during the day, but definitely can be a good idea to do it also at night ! I'll post it here whenever it's ready !
Perfect answer. I haven't tested in detail one vs the other yet, but it's definitely not about the MP only, so my bet is that the Air2S will still hold stronger in image quality, especially in lower light situations. I imagine DJI won't take long to release a Air 3S.
Hi Charles!! I'm still using the ones provided with the combo, from DJI, and they are pretty good! Just the ND32 seems to have a bit more of a color cast that I'm not a fan of. For other drones I've user PolarPro filters and they are always incredible value.
Enri, Great video. But i had a question for you on the mavic air 2s, shooting a single image shooting at a 3x2 ratio I only get a 5464x3640, where can i set the image to be 48 megapixels?
Great video mate, thanks. What are the best settings for as higher image quality / pixel density as possible but with minimal after shot editing ? My jpegs seem blurry as soon as you zoom in / blow them up post shoot ?
Hi !! Definitely shooting raw will provide you with much nicer images after a basic edit. probably the best solution is to create one good preset, and apply it while importing already, then just tweak. For the JPGs there's not much you'll be able to do :D
Like using the timer and taking shots every x seconds ? You could set it up in the timer, and keep moving, or simply use the timelapse mode. Any of these would work for ya ?

Ok up to 7 stills in burst but during what period of time? what happens if you keep pushing the shutter? does it trigger another burst? I am asking because the air2s burst feature is published as continuous, not sure what that means.
So it's not exactly like pressing the shutter and having stills until the buffer fills up and the SD card needs time to record. It's a mode in which you set you want 3, 5, 7 shots, and it will do that, one after the other. So as soon as one shot is registered it takes the other, and so on until you get to 7. Then the shutter button is again available, and you can press it once more, for another 7 shots. But it's not possible to keep holding it :)
@@jeanbouhnik we should also differentiate between aed and burst.. aed also takes pics in 3, 5 or 7 bursts with different shutter speed so different exposed photos of the same subject are taken and can then be merged into a hdr photo. Then theres the burst mode and i thought in the burst mode you could just keep pushing the trigger and it shoots photos continuesly but unfortunately i havent tried that yet so id love to know that too
@@baadlyrics8705 I was not referring to AEB (auto exposure bracketing). Just wanted to know about the interval of time between two shots during a burst (of 3m 5 or 7 photos)
Yeah i got it completely wrong, i thought only aeb lets you pick 3,5 and 7 shots and the burst mode just lets you keep on pressing the shutter and get as many photos as desired.
i got an air 2s, and when i put my sd card on my laptop, the dng files are only 960x532 and i can't get the larger files, somebody can help me please :C
hmmm that is very strange, with the SD card you should have the full resolution raw files. DCIM folder, copying over everything, using Lightroom to check?
