@@kaan_dizdar I'm traveling to Turkey soon, coming back from Asia trip for a week-long stay in Istanbul before heading home. From what I've read, it seems Turkey has strict regulations regarding drones, particularly that only Turkish citizens are allowed to fly them. I've also read you need a permit to bring a drone into the country, but when I tried to find the application form on the government website, the PDF file was no longer available it looks like they removed it. Got any idea what I should do? 😅

Generally, you shouldn’t have much trouble getting the drone into the country; it’s usually pretty straightforward. However, flying a drone in Turkey comes with certain restrictions. As a foreign citizen, you’d need to obtain permission from the Civil Aviation Authority, and this permission is typically granted for professional purposes. If you fly without the proper authorization and get caught, you might face some penalties, so it’s important to be cautious. If you run into any issues, feel free to reach out-I’d be happy to help. Firstly may I congratulate you on the excellent English of your commentary and the high quality of your post. With reference to the first comment by David Iraheta, it's interesting to note that whilst DJI seem to be about to launch the Air 3S within the next few weeks, they are also offering a big discount of 20% on the Air 3 if purchased by July 12th. Always one to look for a bargain, I think that deal will pursuade me to buy it just in time for a scubadiving trip to West Papua in the western half of New Guinea at the end of September, so that I'll be able to use its extra features over those of the Mini 3 Pro that I already own, to video the beautiful jungle covered mountains tumbling down to the golden sands & coral reefs of that part of Indonesia.

I like the air 3 price and size I want to buy it but in the rumors that this year a new one is coming I will wait to see if another air comes 4 good videos 👍

Hi! For the DJI Air 3 drone camera, there is no sensor cropping when switching from 4K to FHD. The camera uses the full width of the sensor for both resolutions, ensuring you get the same field of view in both 4K and FHD. Thanks for asking!
