Feature: Live Broadcasting, would be amazing to see what others are doing with their DJI FPV. Or have a DJI community base platform so everyone can share their footage. This may include the FPV's settings and possibly a type of visual to see the amount of pressure/movement is used on the control.

I would love for DJI to make a Cinewhoop combo! I really want to start with fpv and i think something like a cinewhoop by DJI would a great way to start.

I want a cinewhoop by DJI, Small enough to rip through houses but with the stability to park and return home.

I would like a mini beginner version with an upgrade path later. A basic cheap drone in the kit to practice with and some kind of upgrade service. PLEASE PICK ME!! I want it for my preschool. I want to promote our forest school with some inspiring videos. I haven't bought one myself because money is tight and my wife would kill me😂.

Your skills as an FPV drone pilot are really improving a lot, it’s awesome to see you get better at it.

I have this idea where the FPV could have aerial battles with another fpv . Not actually shooting anything from your drone but while chasing another fpv drone and once your close enough to get a good lock, you can with press a button on the goggles or controller that would make a sound once you have hit your target or shot it out of the sky. There would have to be a new program. I could see this as a fun thing and it could add another dimension of fun while not worrying about crashing and seeing your hard earned money go down the drain. There has to be a way for DJI to think of a way to do this. I for one would be interested !! Enjoyed the video with DJI answering all the questions 👍

I want to see customizable HUDs. It'd be cool if you could design where you wanted the position of certain information to be located on the viewing screen of the googles. Also allow for mods or themes like jarvis mode

I think it would be cool if dji added a virtual reality element in the goggles or through the app so you could make a obstacle course through the goggles, as if it sets up glowing points that you can see in your goggles and race for time.

Yo, a DJI FPV Mini would actually be prettyyyy damn fun not gonna lie.

Here are some things I think DJI should improve on for the next FPV Drone: - Carbon/ Carbon fiber arms and body - Foldable arms like a Mavic. Now a simple solution to doing that without worry about the arms folding in during flight is to add a physical manual locking mechanism the pilot has to manually flip on the drone so that the arms cannot be folded back in once locked in place. A foldable FPV drone would make traveling a lot easier and save so much space. - Interchangeable parts for everything! Some type of quick connect systems for all the electronics so it can be disassembled and replaced as easily as Legos. This would be especially needed for the arms and motors as they are more prone to breaking - Hybrid mode with a better camera, so it can be used like a Mavic - Better stabilization software like GoPro ReelSteady. If all of these were to be implemented on the next drone, Id buy it in a heartbeat, along with other FPV Pilots. Because it's just not worth the money if the drone is easily breakable and cannot be repaired easily by ourselves.

Alright DJI, next FPV drone needs to be able to fly UNDERWATER! Right from the sky into the drink, and then soaring back out again. Now that would be astonishing!

I would love a mini fpv or an fpv with a more High res camera!

It would be cool if you could add augmented reality targets in the goggles, so when you're at a high altitude you can have like a digital race course! Even cooler if your friends could download it and do time trials!

I think they should make what you said a “sub 250g drone” - the mini is super popular for beginner fliers and that would be sick to have. Or make a racing drone. Those things are siiiick!

I’d love to see DJI make a more compact version of this that’s less expensive. Almost like the approach they took with the Mavic Mini. Having a smaller, easier to use, and cheaper will open it up to even more users.

14:27 my recommendation is that, Problem : For newer or nervous flyers, we often get screwed when we fly through tight spaces or near obstacles. And the stick input that we put during that time will be accidently overshoots that is more than what we intented for. Solution : The solution for this is when the sensors detect any obstacles near by it should go into a mode automatically ( till the obstacles pass by) so that it suppress or limit the overreacting stick input. That is in normal flight if the stick is completly move towards max position, the drone roll 80 degree ( assume) in above mentioned mode it will only roll 40 degree at the same stick input. Effect : After this technology, the drone will fly normally during normal flight and when ever it comes close to or through tight space it observe and limit (if needed) the stick input. Inspiration : A technology similar to this is present in some Airbus aircrafts, which limit the overreacting stick input (if any) by the pilot after the main landing gear is touch down.

I think it would be cool if DJI could add a “quick shots” mode like on the mavic mini but add a flip or roll for normal/sport mode

Thanks Gene for the great interview with the DJI folks. Hopefully they are still monitoring this. I would LOVE to see an update to Goggles 2 that would allow us to view the feed in full RGB mode on screen even though the camera is recording in super-flat DLOG. Similar to the setting on Crystal Sky it really helps to see the colors and contrast when flying and would be REALLY helpful (more helpful) for FPV. Thanks again!

I would LOVE to win this drone! A feature that I think would be cool would to be able to fly in 3D, so that you can fly upside down - that would be pretty wild and the shots you could get would be pretty mind blowing. Great video and thanks to the DJI representitives for all the info and tips!

None of the reviews ever mention the fact that the simulator is ios only. Oh well. Great video nonetheless, just didn't expect android phones to be excluded.

Got the Mavic Pro immediately on release. Got the DJI FPV goggles and controler with 2 IFlight DC5s, immediately on release. LOVE this experience. Just watched your video and think its the best one on the FPV Drone I've seen yet. Excellent information and has made my decision to buy this drone with the Integras. I'd love to see DJI do a FPV drone that is modular. Like interchangeble arms, Motors, different propellers, maybe even a double axis gimble camera option. This would be awsome for customizing and also for repairing after crashes.

I think first and foremost a lot of people want this to be their everything drone, because from a cinematographer's perspective, a magic that can do FPV is the ideal thing. That being said, I'd love to see Active Track added to this thing, especially with how mobile it is and how well it could keep up with and run circles around subject matter. Even a limited Active Track would be fantastic.

Great video. DJI really cleared things up with the questions and going over some things in the goggles menu was helpful.

I think some cool things to see would be some active GPS tracking options and FLIR or NV option on the camera. As a SAR team member, and paramedic it would be a very valuable option for searching for lost/injured people or animals. The GPS tracking would be beneficial to Mark landmarks or way points for ground personnel. Great video!

Broadcast HDMI output on the controller for events, a few more sensors for indoor flying, programmable flight path with macros for roll, pitch and yaw.

I would love get started on FPV and this is exactly what I would want - I like that it has kind of a beginner mode but then can grow as your skills grow so you’re not forced to keep investing in new gear.

I was enjoying so much this video!!!! A 1000 thank you guys! All my questions got answered I have this aircraft for 2 weeks now and I just get more excited to find something new every day. The point when I blown my mind is when turtle mood was explained. In simulator LIFT OFF the drone jumps up after turned over but I thought it s just a virtual reality stunt. Not for real. I love this drone already!

It would be great if you can see the flight on your phone to share with your spotter. Also, add the phone to the hand remote control like a flight couch that can help you out during flying. This would also help you have a flight school to train people how to fly FPV.

I want an FPV drone released that can go underwater at any point during the flight and go back out into the air. That would be some unique footage!

It would be cool if DJI made a feature where you can set key frames in the air and just loop the key frames so that the drone does a continuous movement

I think an easily attainable feature on the next fpv model would be the same cameras and gimbals found on the mavics. You could have a fpv mode that locks up the gimbal's roll abilities or have it fully stabilized if you want to do more cinematic stuff.

I think it would be cool if the DJI PFV drone, along with all the Mavics, could generally determine, using GPS and map coordinates, altitude above the ground and automatically adjust the 400 foot ceiling accordingly instead of fixing it to the takeoff altitude. I've been out flying in the mountains following trucks where, because the altitude continued to sharply increase as we were driving, I had to land often to reset the takeoff altitude just so I could have the flexibility to climb higher than the mountain terrain. Even if you change the max altitude you still end up doing the same thing from time to time. But the phone app records the exact location of every flight that I do with GPS including showing it on a map. So I wonder if GPS could generally determine your height above the ground anywhere within a hundred feet or so even if it's only based on a contour map with GPS overlay.

I’d request the addition of simpler mode called “cinematic mode” a preset that defaults to d-cinelike, 24fps, and comes with its own potato jet voice function where he says “I’m going fast” like Ricky Bobby in taladega nights!

I’d like a super easy video export option where you could add a PIP map view mode. Like you’d be able to see your drone’s position and direction on a little inset map, in sync with the drone footage.

It would be nice for it to have an "Instant retrace"... when you just finish a flght path and take the drone close to the starting position and then the drone can retrace the flight path without any control inputs. And you can also smoothen the path or even insert flips or tricks to the path. Very useful if you want to share the experience with someone or you just want the best possible footage. And lasers... drones with freaking lasers attached to their heads... Sorry... it had to be said to honour Dr.Evil 😅😅😅

I think that if DJI add a feature to control the drone through motions with the goggles would be awesome, like use that motion controller to add or reduce speed while using the goggles to move in different directions 🤙🏻

Do you know if the RC that comes with the FPV drone will be compatible with the updated Air Unit? My hope is to build a custom drone as I get better and use both the goggles and RC from my FPV drone.

A cool feature would be a gyro in the headset that can control the onboard camera so as you move your head the camera mimics it’s movements, that way it would more like a pilot in the seat of the drone

DJI, I would love to see a drone that has an additional 360 camera for the camera operator, so that he could turn his head to see which obstacles are around the drone. One camera that is filming straight forward like it is now (showed with PIP) and one that is used for watching the surrounding area.

It would be cool if DJI made a two-pack of small racing drones to get into the FPV scene.

As you said I would love to see a smaller sub 250 unit. I would also like to see DJI get into a more "Systematic" approach where it is far easier and more affordable to swap parts (ie. arms, motors,.......) in and out not only for repairs but possibly also for altering the performance and overall scenario setup of your drone. I also really hope they dive further into the motion controller realm and would love to see how that can evolve to be a more precise and dynamic system. Thanks for all the great content as usual.
