Definitely flying over 400ft. Almost certainly within 3 miles of a major airport there too. I imagine there is a LOT of heli traffic there as well. More "neat" looking video in total disregard of safety and regulation.

More video evidence to give the FAA grounds to cripple mutli rotor flight in the US. He is flying in the Hudson River corridor, that is some of the most heavy trafficked airspace in the US. Anything under 1000 feet, i.e. where all of the tourist flights take place, is uncontrolled airspace and basically off limits to RC flight. I hope Camrise Productions has an listed address so the men in the black suits know where to find you. Other than that very nice footage....

Beautiful and WAY TOO HIGH. You're going to be one of the people to get these devices banned or worst. STAY UNDER 400 FT and use the software updates to be out of lower altitude zones.

You can even see a plane at 1:03, c'mon really man, all I see is Flight 1549 all over again...cool footage though

I'm looking at this drone real hard, I want to get all the feedback from the first owners before I damage my bank account on this one! By the way you could be flying in the Sahara desert and people will still slam you, but at the end of the day I really do feel like drone days are numbered for regular hobby folk. Its just two risky to have this technology get in the wrong hands.

Technically you wouldn't even be allowed to fly a kite there. That ist LGA airspace. Class B airspace to be exact. From the surface to 7000ft. You are not just illegal but an actual hazard because this one of the LGA arrival routes. Nice footage or not, 2 thumbs down!
