Amazing video showing the potential of the Inspire 1 in the hands of talented filmmakers. Would you mind sharing what video settings you have been using? Also did you do a lot of post processing? I find the raw 4k videos of the Inspire quite grainy, so I assumed you did some post processing to optimize this..

Yes, filming permission is required in East Africa. Google will give you the right answer.

How do you get permissions from the rangers? Especially the hippos. I assume the park and rangers considered the risks of a drone falling into the waters?

Awesome Video! I'm also going to Tanzania in a couple of months and want to bring my drone, but i´ve heard that its illegal to fly. Did you just take your chances or did you have a speciel permit?

Nope, too much of an hassle. They are pretty strict with all that poaching and stuff going on.

Some absolutely stunning video! Really incredible. However, I think this would be even better if you lost that seriously cheesy soundtrack :) and replaced it with something genuinely African....
