I feel bad for anyone who just bought one of these and lives in the US. That’s a pretty expensive paperweight. That is unless all the talk of Bill HR 2864 is just hype and is more aimed at government officials. I was in the process of purchasing the inspire three until I heard about this new house Bill. I’m pissed, but I would’ve been even more pissed. Had I just purchased one because I would’ve had to take out a loan and I would wind up paying for something that I will no longer even be able to make a living at.

Great review as always. This will be an incredible film making machine for those who can afford it. I admire your bravery for immediately flying a just-released $16k+ drone over water. That was an epic unboxing! It seems like it comes with everything you need. And I enjoyed the test flight, it performed well. That's awesome! Now I have drone lust! I'm going to have to make do with my Mavic Mini and Air 2S for now. I like to build missions in Litchi, preview/fly them in Google Earth, send out the Mini for a test run, and then the Air 2s for the footage. I've been flying for almost two years, and the Mini was my first drone. The Air 2s felt like a huge upgrade when I acquired it. I can only imagine what that feels like. That ascent and descent were super smooth and fast. That lens is wide but looked great without any distortion. I'm looking forward to more videos. Thanks!

Billy awesome Inspire 3. Followed your great instructions on my Mavic 2 Prod for calibrating the IMU I got up to 5 pages and not progress further. The system would not complete IMU calibration. What goes?

Here I am sitting at home in the UK, never visited the US (yet) and I’m looking at the exact spot Billy’s flying from the Schuylkill river across from Wissahickon, which as far as I can tell is a suburb of Philadelphia. Google maps is amazing.

As a professional photographer, I have been searching for photos taken with the DJI Inspire 3's X9 8K Air camera ever since its announcement. Unfortunately, none of the numerous reviews mention the photo quality, and I haven't been able to find any JPEGs or RAW sample photos available for download. Can you provide two or three RAW DNG images through a cloud service? Is it worth buying an Inspire 3 for photographers? As a photographer who primarily shoots for magazines, posters, etc., and not just for social media channels, I have higher demands in terms of image quality than what the Mavic 3 Pro offers...

Big fan of your channel, you are supreme leader of the inspire 2 tutorials 🙏🏽 Big question here, how were you able to upload a 25 min 8k video to RU-vid? I can’t even upload a 5 minute video because the file is too big and it will not process on RU-vid. How big was your file and what software did you use to compress your 8k file? Many 🙏🏽

@@billykyle The upload is the quick and easy part, I'm talking about RU-vid processing the file which can take days. Was your file only 20 gb? Mabey your editing software compresses your video from the start. With FCPX I get huge files over 100 gbs 8k prores HQ

You mentioned it sounds just like the Inspire 2. Would you say it's also about as loud ? I get that DJI going for performance, but in my experience, the noise of the I2 tends to p*ss people off the most.
