Just bought this today!! I almost bought the first mini a couple months ago, but decided not to because of the lack of raw files, well... They read my mind!! This is my first drone and I am super excited about it!! Thanks DJI for these videos, very helpful!! : )
Not at all.. the drone is amazing! But if u like going far do not buy the propeller guard if u put it on u can only go less than 50 meters in height and distance. Without it in height it is 500 feet and 6 kilometers . Buy it! Its really good for beginners and i suggest u to buy the fly more combo because u get 2 extra batteries, extra props and u get a bag! Its worth it!
I just bought it recently. I will use for my profesional job as a building constructor. Thanks dJI for a reasonable drone money can buy. Keep forward for inspiring the world
Just a note about the app: With my phone (OneplusOne 7T), I couldn't download the app from the Play Store, but needed to manually install the apk file, after unsuccessfully trying some other DJI apps. I guess I am not the only one, so this should be noted in the video.
I love my DJI Mini2. It is fun and gets wonderful results. Great product and I'm sure that this video has some great information, but the music interferes with the voice. I"m no a professional video producer, but I would think that the place for music is when no important dialog is being presented.
Got the mini 2 last Monday. The weather has not been conducive to fly with rain, snow and windy Was all enthusiastic to fly. My first drone. So I tried to connect the drone with the controller. Not much luck on that side. Followed the instructions and watched this video a few times. All the batteries and the controller are charged. Tried pairing with controller. No luck I take I'm doing something wrong and not to sure what the problem could be. We've got two phones so we swapped them to make sure that was not the problem. Got this so I could take a photo of roofs and take measurements for a roof replacement some roofs are very steep and some are two and three storeys high. With good light I can get the drone to do the work and inspect from the ground, take a photo of the roof to write the measurements down Cheers
Happy to see the improvements over the Mavic mini. So sad to have bought the Mavic mini less than a year ago and now it is outdated!!! Will you at least upgrade the firmware so that I can also get photo sphere and panorama? Let's be honest and don't leave me hanging since I am already feeling cheated!
This is the best video I have seen over long time with such great music and fascinating voiceover artist. I wish I know who is the voiceover artist and the music in the background
Thanks for sharing. I wish it could support 4K 60fps, HDR mode, active track, easy changeable filter and easy changeable propellers (no need screwdriver) like Mavic Air 2
They can give the active track, but the problem is it doesn’t have obstacle avoiding sensors and drone will experience collisions. So they can’t enable active track with out the sensors.
As with all DJI drones I've used, doesn't the gimbal do a 'dance' when you turn it on? I would have mentioned taking off the gimbal cover in the initial instruction about powering on the drone.
For anyone who is watching this and is an android user. Just letting you know that the app isn't available in Google play so you have to download the apk through the dji fly app website, and then install.
@@AndrewGOP but the mavic min's controller wasn't that comfortable to hold in hands because the mobile was hanging unsecured from the controller.but this one also has a clamp which will give it much grip
this drone is like 600bucks i mean its really not that expensive, besides you can literally pay for it in installments, each month pay like 20-30$ and you are set.
I just bought mine yesterday the aerial combo at Costco it was only $475 really not that expensive when you consider what this things capable of compared to its other competitors or bigger models that are way more expensive. Best bang for buck in my opinion. And best drone company out right now.

Great video. But why aren’t the DJI Academy videos that are linked to the app in my language? Why are they in the language that I selected in the settings? I don’t see why I have to go to RU-vid to get this information.
Well, but no. I have original mavic mini but i prefer mini 2 or air 2 controller because its much faster to ready up because you have one movement for phone holder and youre ready, as for mini you have unfold antenas, clamps. Plus mini 2 fits phones with cases.
Why are only English and Japanese subtitles supported? I live in Turkey. And I want Turkish subtitles in your videos. In addition, unfortunately, there is no Turkish support in your dji applications.

DJI Please give us a option to insert our another SD card please do better and I like mini 2 very much because of his pictures capturing and high quality video recording
As with other instructions to first time users, they did not show how to charge the controller aka remote while charging the batteries, at the same time or on its own. There was no emphasis on the need to have it charged when it is important that it be charged as well as the batteries for the drone. There is only one USB type A charger included. It took me a long time to figure it out myself and I decided to use charger (for the controller) that is not included.
I have just ordered one of these and in anticipation of it's arrival, tried to install the DJI Fly app on my Samsung Galaxy J6+ which according to DJI is compatible with the App. However while the download was fine, it would not install. "DJI App not Installed." More research took me to the DJI forum where I learned that lots of other people were having the same issue on phones also according to DJI are compatible. So, if you're thinking about ordering one of these, I suggest you to install the App on your phone first.

Hi guys i was trying to fly my mini 2 yesterday. After complete setup the drone was not taking off as one of the propeller was not rotating. I tried takin ofd miltiple time the results were same afyer which when i cjecked the drone personally that side of propeller was tight/hard. Any advices??
