depends on the specifics, but usually in fpv, 3 blades props are more responsive but less efficient than 2 blades props

The mini 2 is just the mavic mini 2 because after the mavic mini 1 the “mavic” was taken out the name.

Lower noise compare to 2 blades. But it also depends on quality of the blades
