Been a while since I have watched your channel. I have been doing drones for almost half a decade now. I went from a Phantom 3 Standard to a Dji Spark to currently, the original Mavic Mini which I own now. I got it refurbished and it works great.
$600 vs. $988 for combo is what I look at. So $388 more for a much superior drone. Just my opinion but if spending $600 then the $388 is not a huge difference. All the camera options and functions, Focus/ Active track, obstacle avoidance safety sensors, much better power and stability in winds, etc., Makes the higher purchase more then worth it. As far as the weight, the MA2 is actually compact and not that heavy. The carrying bag which comes with the MA2 is almost the same as the new M2. All packed into similar bag. One of my biggest issue always is the light weight. The have two drones which are just under 250 grams. One is a MM. They get pushed around a lot and struggle too much if any decent amount of winds. Too each their own tho. Good review and good drone. Enjoy.
Hey you bring up some good points! I love the insight! I think my biggest take away is that I’d rather have the mini 2 because I already have the mavic 2 pro. And the air 2 is just like the baby brother of the that one. So I’d rather go really small to be as lightweight as possible! Thanks for your comment and for watching the video! ☺️ hope to see you around on future Alaskan adventures!
Thanks man!! It's been a busy season working for my Video Production business and haven't had as much time/energy for RU-vid. But every time i get a video posted I'm so glad and want to get more up!! Thanks for saying hi
