My Mini 4 Pro gets a consistent 29 to 31 minutes of flight time with the plus batteries. I have had many 31 minute flights, most of them are recording video 80% of the time. I usually skip the first return to home if I'm not too far away. The second return to home brings me back with about 12% remaining battery. I let the batteries cool down before recharging and recharge with a 30 watt charger. Run times improved noticeably after about 10 cycles with each battery. RC2 controller lasts about 100 minutes on a full charge - enough to cycle 3 full batteries through the drone.
@@drone_tech_reviewon the pianto and mavic i can set the CHARGE DOWN time on battery. Making fir example if i dont use the drone the battery will auto discharge in the case after a week or month etc.....Can i set the charge down in mini 4? I had not clown in 7 days and the battery discharded down to 70%
If you mention the plus batteries, you *really* need to add how they will put your drone over 249g, which in many jurisdictions will change how the drone and pilot are licensed.
Yes, you're right. I actually mentioned it but I said the opposite so had to edit it out after publishing. But great point. Using the Plus battery puts the bike over the 250 gram limit and one has to register the drone to fly it
@@drone_tech_review I've heard this about the plus batteries, but here's an honest question. I want to adhere to the rules flying my drone, but in real life, who is going to come along and ask to weigh your drone, unless you've obviously done something drastically wrong and put yourself in that position. I'd also be interested in knowing how much over the 250 gram limit it would be.
