@DJI has the best services for their customers.
I lost my drone in accident and contacted with DJI, I didn’t have to do anything for claim, they just sent someone to pickup the damaged drone and they sent me new machine right after 1 day (within 24 hours). I can say DJI has best services in the tech world right now! Even i didn’t have to put the data in system, the dji employee has done it for me and he just asked me some pictures of damaged machine, that’s it.
