Unique angles, nightogpraphy, exploring what a handheld micro gimbal can do when you see the world as an art exhibition, and focus on your vision, not yourself. First video to show off how this camera could be good as a cinematic tool rather than vlogging equipment. I wish the intro could be a little longer and maybe shot in slowmo. This music theme would be beautifull in 120fps Great work as always.

Gald to hear that! :) Well, 120fps in the dark would result in granny footage as I would have to crank up the ISO. For this light I rather use slower frame rate, slower shutter and lower ISO. But in daylight it would be pretty cool! :)

Hi and thanks for this video! I just got myself a Pocket 3 with the intention to use it to capture live shows. Haven't tested it yet, but I had a couple questions regarding your experience: when recording the concerts, did you use the bulit-in mike or or the separate DJI transmitter? Did you record in 32-bit mode? One point of difference, I think, between the Røde and the Pocket is, the Røde mike is very directional whereas sound from live shows tend to be very spatial. That may explain the difference in sound quality. I have the same issue shooting with a Sony ZV-1 and a Røde VideoMic.

Just got the Pocket 3 and the Mic2 , just testing it out i found the volume when imported to premiere pro was very low and really had to increase the gain in post, how did you find the volume on your unit ?

It depends on what you need, if you need an action camera, then go for the ace pro or Action 4, but if you wan't a great low light performance on a gimbal, then go for this one. Both of them have there advantages and disadvantages. Think a bit where will you might use and get the appropriate one.

I have problem with d log because it captures in rec.709 while HLG is using rec.2020. still testing....

I have found that in low light dlog works best for me. But might be my render settings. As I am not an expert in HLG.

you should test the rode mic plugged into the pocket 3 ..... not by plugging it into a sony.

I was just comparing a proper camera with a dedicated mic to the pocket 3. Not what pocket 3 can do with a plugged in mic. I was more interested to see how built in mics would work against the “proper” camera setup. So yeah, but I can do a test that you suggested in my full review.
