Especially because you don’t need permits! The only issues I ran into was that security around properties was overly aggressive. And although shooting anything visible from the street is covered by the first amendment, I had a lot of people ‘not allowing me to film’. Other than that, love NYC for more than just filming.

@@vividmotion66 why not? Looks like it could easily be Sony a7s3 with IBIS and a good gimbal walk/run especially for such fast moves. You can see a bit of the walkiness in the parallax on some of the moves

Def a gr8 gimbal, my only issue is it is a little top heavy, but adding the monopod does balance this out somewhat. Many people don't like gimbals and i put this down to not learning to get the best out of them. Once you learn the functions they are a gamechanger tool for film making. As to balancing. Put marks on your gimbal for your favourite lense. Also they save you alot of time in post correcting shaky wobbly footage. The time balancing is really balanced out.
