- Injuries were a major concern - Poor 3 cone drill. That measures your cutting ability which is essential for a WR - Was underutilized in Ole Miss which didn’t give him standout production Clearly he’s completely exceeded expectations and I hope he has a HOF career.
He said in that interview with Aaron Donald that his max is 350. Your estimated 1 rep max gets more distorted the more reps you can do in your sample. Like, a guy who reps 225 15 times could have a higher 1 rep max than someone who reps 25 times.
Riv Honestly I agree. I was kinda surprised when he said that was his max. Obviously 350 is great but I’d expect more from somebody with his insane build
@M R Nah he doesn’t look like he’s on the juice. You can tell when guys are on it. He’s just a genetic freak with the right nutrition and training regimen.
Dk should go to baltimoe,Baltimore, seattle he will have kinda of good season, but difficult have Megatron type season or better, wilson is ok but it's his show first ala lebron he wants his accolades first
These guys are all born with unbelievable genes. I know because I just hired a 15 year old kid that is an absolute monster. Massive biceps and is just shredded. Says he has always been like that and doesn’t work out all that much. I’m not saying they don’t work hard but these dudes are born with this..
Got dam Seahawks I could have sworn my steelers were going to snag him that year he got drafted we were up next and we were in need of a receiver and the freakin hawks traded up for him.
I'm still shook that my Chiefs took Mecole over D.K. Not hating on Mecole but D.K is just different. Imagine D.K, Hill, and Kelce with Mahomes throwing him the ball. Sheeeeessssssh
He actually wakes up, then works out, works out again, goes for a cup of coffee, then at like 4 or something he eat 3-4 bags of candy with lifesavers and Skittles in it. Then at 8-9 pm he eats dinner. But this video shows a pretty good diet tho
Definitely an amazing athlete but Randy Moss was still better. Moss absolutely destroyed defenses and opponents by himself. I remember Moss would catch td passes while covered by 2 or 3 defenders. Moss had ridiculous hands. Those huge bombs from Donte Culpepper. Tssss!!! The most exciting and most explosive recv'r I've ever seen.
I work hawks games on the sideline... this man is a diff breed. His arms are bigger than Bwags and anyone really (muscle + conditioning) , his shoulders are bowling balls and he doesnt look real in person. Believe me.
None of you guys understand the importance of genetics. Its not *what* he does. Its WHO he is. His entire family was in the NFL. The NFL selects for certain genetic traits for success. Its called selection bias.
I think that information needs to be fact checked. I maxed 345 as a collegiate fb player and I may have only been able to do 14-17 reps at 225. My guess is that DK's max is pretty close to 4 plates.
@@gageguerra3113 No, people are just different. 15 reps is my second warm up set every workout and max is 345. After a heavy single i've busted out 21 reps of 225 fairly easily. I've read of a few guys who max closer to 405 and only rep 225 around 15-18 times.
