People have been saying this about this work. Not enough build up. Everything thrown at you at once. No environment or stage specific enemies. Appreciate the effort but...😕

Yeah, Leandro is right. There was a good video done where a guy interviewed the 5 different members of the original team and they talked about game design and the purpose behind the roll mechanic and how every enemy was set to be programmed in exactly a way such that if the player knows what they are doing they should be able to always be moving forward with stopping. Only hesitation results in waiting, etc. Excellent work up to this point, though. Very happy to see someone with some experience working on such a project.

@@Shaniverse yeah same here… i forgot about the project for a long time maybe even a year, and i remember following the project at the time all the demos were being dropped etc. idk why, but i was listening to stickerbush symphony and then this popped into my head as i like i said, i remember being super excited for it but then it just disappeared and didn’t hear from the creators again

@@geokioooo12 Yeah... So A Few Years Ago I watched a lot of DKC Boss Rushes, Speedruns, ect. Then I got into DKC Again and remembered this. It's a Pretty Cool Fan Game and it Has So Much Missed Potential :/

its a demo, as in this they werent focusing on world building but to be fair DKC games have had stark contrasting areas before, like bramble heaven in the murky swamp, or a snowy retreat right after the lakeside stages.
