UN 100% World Records ~2.2 hours to complete base game. ~0.8 hours to complete DLC. So the slayer effectively took 3 hours to: 1. Travel between Earth, Hell, Heaven and Sentinel lands numerous times. 2. Stop a global demonic invasion 2. Rescue and betray Hayden 3. Abandon and revisit Vega 4. Have a quick stopover to get all the secrets. Talk about getting stuff done.
I'm 100% convinced the game fears pro doom players. In both of the trials the hordes were comming slowly, as if they didnt want to spawn. The spirits didnt even spawn! This has been consistent in all the insane doom slayer videos. When I play, it's like they cant wait to overwhelm and leave me in the fetal position while saying "whos your daddy?" I'm always left shocked, envious, and in complete awh when watching these speed runs. You guys are absolute monsters.

The freaking spirits in the boss fight physically hurt me because I also ran out of plasma rifle ammo and couldn't stock up in time. Loved every other moment of the run though.
Man I just got back onto doom eternal for a nightmare run of ancient Gods part 1, and damn, me taking literally 5 hours on blood swamps, makes me feel really shitty seeing this guy do it in effectively 20 minutes
I just beat this DLC today on hurt me plenty because I kept dying on ultra violence. I still got fucking wrecked on the blood swamps. I swear to god, I felt like that mission would never end. And you did trial one like it was a warmup. I don’t know how many tries that took me. And the actual foggy swamps themselves, I legit felt like I was in Vietnam, but instead of trees and the Vietnamese, it was fog and water and demons. I also don’t even know how many times I died on the seraphim boss fight. It was ridiculous
I've watched other UN speedrunners thinking it was the pinnacle of what was possible in this game, but then I find you on the speedrun leaderboard and not only is your combat much better but the movement too. I don't get why you don't have more views.
Gotta admit, the ice bomb Marauder kill is super clutch, and hilarious in light of all the butthurt early on about Marauders, but it's also great seeing TAG P1 runs where the Marauder is just as tedious as in casual play lol
So glad to see your impressive run on Ancient Gods! I noticed that your weapon swap and firing between precision bolt and rockets is incredibly fast! How do you do that? Hold down right click when changing to heavy cannon even before the gun comes up?
I’ve already watched the first 16 minutes of this and I must say I’m in shock. I’ve seen crazy doom gameplay before but I guess high level doom gameplay just Always gets better, so amazed at how consistent you are at swapping between your weapons in split seconds, how long did this even take you, you make this dlc look like a freaking cake walk, I already beat part 1 on switch last week and I struggled at times but this is outstanding. Also love how you use the ballista as a way of transportation, genius 🤯 Edit: 24:32 how many runs have you lost to that one part 😂

When I did the slayer gate they gave me a posesed marauder accompained buy 3 fucking carcases!!! Why did he get just a baraon and a a simple Marauder!?!
This is the exact reason I came looking for Speedruns.. to see how they did on the last slayer gate, and they didn’t even get the Archviles or the possessed marauder..
NMG stands for no major glitches. Basically bans the big glitches that drastically break the game. For example, slope boosts which is when you spam jump inputs and get flown into the air. Meathook yeeting with time slowdown is fine. Official rules for what is and isnt allowed are on speedrun.com if youre interested.
wait, so at around 29:40, did you not have to fight a "spirit-filled" big melee demon because you killed them all with BFG rounds before the spirit could go into them?
How come that when you use the equipment launcher, the graphics don't display the little arm that attaches it to the Slayer's shoulder? Is that a bug, or a setting?
Why is the second Slayer Gate so different to the one I played? Mine started with three arch-vile followed by three blood makyrs followed by three Doom Hunters and a possessed Marauder....
