DLF Arbour Construction has gone to Ahluwalia Constructions - Not to : L&T, Shapoorji or Leighton. Strange Choice by DLF. For a ultra Luxury Residential project.

Gurgoan real estate market is in bubble .....avg Indian consumers doesn't have capacity to buy inventory worth 7 cr...... eventually post construction there will be unsold inventory,,the bubble will be burst
