Just about the same way I do it. I will put a small bevel on the outter edges of the inner ring. And I'll take some sandpaper and rough up the area where I glue the bead onto the inner ring. Probably excessive but it's what I do lol.
Thank you Matt I did mine differently but on my next set that I'm going to get I will try this method I liked it looks easier than what I did, although my job did not come out bad at all.😅
Stupidest rims I've ever seen what the hell is even going on here.. why? I'm so confused why you would ever take the worst part of beadlocks and combine it with gluing tires.. people who use these prob just like the way the glue makes them feel lmao
@@MH-kt9pn He's not wrong (just rude as fuck)! I've used this style on mini, sporty and moa but if I can use a true beadlock I will. Very slight weight penalty but I'll take it for the convenience of being able to quickly and easily change tires, especially if I'm experimenting with tread designs and/or compounds. I'm a huge fan of Dlux but these wheels, not so much.
If you find a Beadlock that works with loaded dice weights you’ll be a hero to the community. Hell I’d settle for Beadlock on the outside and glue on the inside
