I'm not maliciously pulling away at all. I'm going through another spiritual awakening and I have been lead by spirit to pour into myself for a change. I'm am empath, healer, spiritual counselor and tarot reader. I am usually giving of all my time to others and leave myself feeling drained..often feel alone.. I Never get back what I put out... I used to put him on a pedestal, shower him with love, passion and attention. I used to chase him & put his needs and wants above my own..even knowing I shouldn't, but I love him unconditionally, beyond words and our connection is strong and intense like no other! Sadly, I was often left feeling like I was the one doing most of the work in our relationship. And I will partly take blame for that cause I allowed it. When I pulled away my energy it threw him for a loop and scared him. But I told him it was time for me to really dig deep within myself and get myself in a better place before taking the relationship any further. It was time to put me first for a change! I've been feeling lost and trauma has been resurfacing for several months. All my family is deceased and they passed much younger than they should have. It's hard, I have so many questions and no one to answer them. 😢 I'm on a self love, self care & healing journey..taking the time to revisit and heal all the trauma I've been through in the past. Childhood wounds from a toxic home, abandonment issues, alcoholic dad, abusive mom who also cheated on and left my dad, etc... and also healing from a narcissist husband, cheating, verbal, emotional and physical abuse. My kids are in therapy from it...We've gone through a lot & it's been extremely difficult. My youngest is suffering anxiety, panic attacks & depression. I put my kids first and strive to give them the life, and be the mother to them, that I never had. Now it's time to work on and fix me so I can grow and heal and be the best version of me. All my past relationships with men have been abusive or toxic in some way. I always would suppress the pain and lock it away in this lil black box in my heart..but now I realize all this pent up trauma is interfering in my present and for the first time in my life I'm dealing with it & doing the inner work in order to be able to move forward in a positive way and hopefully finally have a healthy relationship with my children and my DM going forward. He's been very patient, but I know it bothers him...he has expressed that he's proud of me for working on myself and taking positive steps to heal, but at the same time, he worries I will heal and grow & then decide that I no longer want a relationship with him. When I reclaimed my power to heal myself I am not Jealous! I'm not sure she changed at all. She's still the same as she was, I'm the object of change.
