here is some videos of my machine after i took the time to take care of the imperfections.
all work done by my self down to the precsion grinding of the main table.
this machine is accurate anywhere on table to under .0007 of a inch.
this was some test runs of facing contouring and chamfering after being re assembled.
i also had to drill and tap for smw plate holes did not exsist as mine is a pre production modle

yes hss cutter is pissy but it is only on the out side unsupported edges. i also should have uped rpm

it will obvisouly be better with coolant and cabide have a nice 3 flute ready for that.
