Lord Dracul it's been said he's actually faster than what the game developers are showing us. Think of one of Flashes fastest enemies or himself, but add lots of training, concentration and demonic power into it. Only other person that is on par with him, is his brother, Dante.
Mick DoWs47 because it is Vergil’s Perfect devil trigger not Nero’s...lol I’m joking but I think that’s one of the reasons why they chose to make it into some sort of Cloak for Nero cause he is mimicking his dad’s demon form
