I'm back & this is the sequel to the Dante vs Vergil w/ BTL theme (I'm sure I can't top that video but fk it). Also a lot of mods are broken atm due to the vergil dlc update so there's some stuff I can't use atm (animated camera especially) until they are ported/remade & I will be posting more mod showcases more (tonight specifically).
Also thanks RK for gifting Vergil DLC :D

There's something about stylish fights where you get hit instead of being no-damage runs just makes it really more interesting and shows that the brothers are truly equals.

It’s entirely within character for Dante to flex on Vergil at 2:57 and for that to piss off vergil that much that he immediately gets up and Judgement Cut Ends

What's even better is that after this Dante taunts with "Aww, what's the matter?" Like he's realized he royally pissed Vergil off to make him judgment cut end after getting up like that.

My favorite part is at 7:53 when Vergil finally gets fed-up with Dante's trash-talk and just growls out "DANTEEEEE..!!!!" while closing the distance and dodging Dante's shots before Rapid Slashing him for the finish.

I'm certain that when Dante and Vergil clashed and instead of being interrupted by Nero, the fight continues, the moment everyone heard "BURY THE LIGHT DEEP WITHIN!!!", EVERYONE went crazy with excitement.

@@AmazDMC i gotta thank you, the throwback to Dante's POV (which I also thought was really well done) and the cinematography, with the scripting of the fight. You don't see effort like this often, and I'm really appreciative that I got to see something as polished as this. You post some great stuff, even if it's just mod showcases

I just finished the boss fight the other day before I went back to work. Fucking hell it was crazy and intense. Loved it and loved having our boy be playable again! 2020 has been a profoundly shit year but this has made up for it!

This was very well done, nice editing. You actually made it look like a real fight instead of just flawlessly killing Dante like the other uploaders. Its more convincing that 2 of the strongest characters both take damage. I loved that you had the balls to challenge Dante's version of judgement cut end instead of running from it. Definitely checking out your other vids.

This video of yours gave me the MOTIVATION to finish the game recently. I had abandoned it for several months after spending about 10 mins sucking in the first level. This was a real fight, not a curbstomp. I loved it!

Something I find interesting is that, while mostly it's Vergil falling to his knee and getting back up, there's a point where it slows like Dante falls, and of course, the cutscene too. Personal head-cannon for me is that these two are so dedicated to coming out on top in the fight that they are both actively burning through any Golden Orbs they have on them just to see if they can push the other over the edge finally.

@@BatsAndNights Unfortunately not, the actual dynamic bury the light doesn't have it. It's similar to Spotify Subhuman "choir" breakdown part which isn't on the dynamic subhuman. I guess they always try to make the dynamic & spotify release different from each other in someway :V
