bivol all day perfect in and out style vs beterbiev,best footwork in boxing,most relaxed fighter under pressure ,best counters...phenomenal cardio and toughness..beterbiev is great but bivol is on another planet,i think i never seen lost a round in all his fights..if scored fairly... I see it as if Bivol can last the twelve rounds he can prevail on points. If Beterbiev can drop him even once I think he can win, regardless of his age. Bivol will have to jab consistently & throw in bunches keeping away. He will be moving avoiding the ropes. Beterbiev will do his usual pressure tactics & try to break him. That Dagestani guy will most likely lose his patience even though he exhibits calmness & stoicism compared to other fighters. Bivol is literally a shaolin monk level calm, focus & disciplined. Breaking him would need extreme patience & skill.

People underestimate Beterbiev's skills. They think he's only a bully with power but they don't see the traps he sets for his opponents. There's no way Bivol is not getting tagged in this fight, then we'll see what his chin can take. I think Beterbiev targets the body for the first 6 rounds then goes upstairs to finish it in round 10. If Bivol can win this on points then I raise my hat off to him, he will have deserved it !!

I really like both Bivol and Beterbiev, if either was fighting anyone else I would certainly be cheering for them. In this matchup however i’ll be sitting on the fence, I do think however Bivol has got the better boxing skills and maybe an edge on the fight. Beterbiev can end the fight with one punch, it’ll be an interesting match.

Bivol should forget about Canelo and concentrate on Artur Beterbiev. There might even be a rematch. It's actually a waste of time right now even entertaining that fight. After the rematch with Artur. Bivol should think about going up to cruiserweight once he wins the undisputed title at light heavyweight. He has said he'd go down to super middleweight for the rematch with Canelo. I think that would make far more sense provided he can comfortably make the weight. That fight would have more of a history making feel to it than fighting again at light heavyweight. That fight at super middleweight would definitely smash ppv sales I think. Dimitri looks like he has the body frame to very easily be able to come down to that weight as he is at a good age where he can do it. Then he could go up to the cruiserweight division and bypass the light heavyweight division that he has already fought in. This going up and down in the weight divisions I don't really like though to be honest. I prefer if one is going to go up then go up but then stay in that division that they feel comfortable in or if they go down don't go back up again. A classic case was Roy Jones when he was fighting at light middle weight went up to middle, supermiddle, light heavyweight then heavyweight. The mistake he made was going back down to light heavyweight even though he won back the light heavyweight title. The switch to comeback down in weight ruined him and he was not the same after that. He should have stayed at heavyweight and fought the likes of Lennox lewis, who was around at the time and Mike Tyson and got 2 potentially really good paydays and then retire.

I can't blame Bivol for disregarding Canelo. He's already beat him convincingly and at this point Canelo is a distant third, at least. Bivol/Beterbiev fight will be a strange match of styles although should be a much better fight than Bivol/Canelo. Beterbiev like Canelo is also a inside fighter although IMO protects himself better. Time will tell.

At 3:03 min., interviewer says, "I'm sure you don't want to give too much away ..." Give what away??!! I love Bivol but cannot see him beating Beterbiev. Beterbiev has exquisite timing, that is, when he twists on the punch and the placement of the punches. How can he (Bivol) exchange with a guy who has just as good timing? I cannot see Bivol winning unless Artur suffers an injury. Bivol won't be able to slip 70 percent of the punches which is the only way he can win. Both have superior timing.

Smart move on Canelo's team. Bivol is just very very hard to beat for Canelo, he just shut him out in their fight basically.
