I passed today! For anyone that’s gonna take the test soon, they first walk around the car telling you to flick on your signals, pump the breaks, turn on the defroster etc (learn those things because that’s easy points) and then the driving test will immense. I got a super strict instructor who literally told me “there’s no talking” and seemed like someone shat in her cheerios, but I still passed thankfully! Be prepared for sure
test today morning at 6/29/23! passed with 10 errors lmao. thank u for the video this is the exact route i took 👍 there was street construction past the railroad intersection 7:55 this week. don’t forget to slow down!! (i didn’t see signs for speed limit but don’t go too fast. lots of cones and markers on the road floor) and always look around!! (blind spots, mirrors, stop signs) i wish everyone good luck!
I passed my test today. ooofff!! my DMV examiner asked me to drive for almost 20 minutes on my 2nd attempt (about 10 minutes on my first test and I failed because of a critical mistake) but finally i passed the 2nd attempt and got the license! :) My examiners on first and second attempts both were calm, kind and didn’t give me a hard time, so I felt relax and not nervous. They were lovely examiners ❤ I took the test at Valejo and Santa Rosa.
How come you didn't do Napa or Petaluma? I'm taking mine in Petaluma because it's closer, even though I'm in Sonoma Edit: Also congrats on passing, mine is this Thursday the 10th
Took mine on the exact same route 2 days ago and the examiner asked me if I used dash cam, which I did not. Wonder if they asked you and they allow it. And yes I passed with 3 errors. Your video was a super help. Thanks.
I had two instructors tell me different one said look at the right side mirrror while reversing the other said put your hand behind the passenger head rest and turn to look over your right shoulder while reversing in the straight line and it’s easier if you just look at the right mirror on the passenger side while reversing because looking over your shoulder while reversing will easily make you steer off course and possibly hit the curb
at 4:10 when he makes the left, he seems to make a complete stop (or close to one) but doesn't have a stop sign. Are you supposed to do that or just slow down? Consdidering the other road has stop signs
@@spaydix It's great to know that there are many options available. Can you share one of the most cost effective ones for someone who doesn't have anyone to borrow a car from?
hi! when you drove by the schools, did you drive at the school speed limit (25mph) since school was likely in session? I'm worried about getting marked for going too slow, my test is in a few hours.
My test is tomorrow, i’m nervous😣 i have a question for u cuz i’m confused at this point so when i pull over the car so i have to put it on park with using hazard lights or what to do??
@@trashbank6148 pretty much, the first half part was the same but my instructor took a diff route for the second half for me for some reason. good luck tho !! You’ll be fine just listen to your instructor’s directions :)
Hey man i am really confused about this one I have my test tomorrow so if it's green you don't have to stop right? only if it's red. i think you studied and know the textbook more than me so i ask.@@spaydix
At 6:43 shouldn’t he have waited for oncoming traffic to go straight since it was a green circle versus a green arrow? I mean the other lanes coming out of the Costco were blind to the driver so shouldn’t he have waited till clear?
Watching your video was super helpful. Thank you. I passed today with only 5 minor mistakes and my route was marked as an “alternative”, my backing up part was on Arizona St., after the first turn right from the DMV. The rest of the route was turn left on Hospital Circle, turn right on 21st St, turn right on Pacific Ave., turn right on Westminster Blvd (change L-R lines part), turn right on Goldenwest St, turn right Wyoming St, turn right on Olive St, turn left on Westminster Blvd. , turn left on Hoover St and turn right on 23rd St(DMV).
OmG! I'm taking my test tmmr. So NERVOUS, but never thought watching ur video rn has made me feel more confident. Thank You So Much for the video and hopefully watching ur video will allow me to have some of the LUCKS to pass tmmr. 🙏 =))
@@EmmanuelMartinez-zr8uk good luck it seems scary but we’re human we overthink watch a video on it take it easy and never give up, I’ve only driven a couple times but I’d say I have the hang of it just need to be on the road for more exp.
@@arianagomez3575 I’m graveyard and there’s the dmv nearby so luckily I’m close and it’s at 8:40 I’ve been not thinking about it too much , hope you pass
So no parallel parking for this? Man I wish the test could be easy without parallel parking because I’ve never parked parallel and it’s hard for beginners.
I failed my first drivers license test at this DMV. My instructor said “make a left at Hazard” and I thought she said “make a left into Walmart”. I couldn’t hear her that well since I drive a Yugo car which has a loud engine. So we pulled into the Walmart shopping center and I turned left into the Walmart entrance. I realized my mistake but instead of slamming the brake, I accidentally slammed the accelerator. The car broke through the front entrance and we ended up deep inside the store, stopping in front of the European restroom. That was many years ago. Surprisingly I passed my test on my fourth attempt.
