DMV Road Signs Test - Road Signs Practice permit Test 

I recently obtained my driver's license, even though I didn't pass the test myself. After failing the test three times due to nervousness, I inquired about the DMV test process and eventually hired a licensed test drive specialist. The specialist helped me get my license. I expected to receive a provisional license since I hadn't taken the test, but to my surprise, I was issued a Class D license.

I got my license today! Thank you so much for this video. I failed multiple test drive, and was feeling like maybe driving just wasn’t for me after all, I will be 49 in a month and I just got my N today with the help of attorney! I was SO nervous, this is why I decide to skip with the help of dmv attorney I hired.

Don’t get confused everyone. I believe one of the questions about divided highway is wrong. The divided highway begins/ends signs are similar but just remember this. If the marker is on the top, it begins. If the marker is on the bottom, it ends. Simple.

People today still don't obey some of these signs... This will help me pass my written test. Thank you for this !

The Road Signs Tests are basic and good tests. The stop sign mean to come to complete stop. A One Way Sign, means traveling on that road is only permitted in the direction of the sign. The Solid yellow line indicates that no passing is allowed from that side; and a broken yellow line means when it is safe to do so, only passing is allowed from the left broken line. When there are two solid lines and on coming traffic on both sides of the road, no passing is allowed. When there is a broken line, and traffic is on going in both directions, when safe to pass, it is allowed, with the right or left signal to indicate in time that you are passing.

At 16:38, the sign should be W6-2 (Divided Highway Ends) instead of the incorrect sign W6-1 (Divided Highway Begins). At25:30, the Divided Highway sign is correct. Just search W6-1 or W6-2 to see the image of the signs. Memorize: 9 and 3 o'clock and 8 and 4 o'clock steering wheel hand positions (CA DMV Handbook 2023) page 11-12) , is on the renewal knowledge exam.

The answer "A: A divided highway ends" is wrong. It is "begins" but not "ends"

Writing the test tomorrow hope this helps....fingers crossed... i have read the book studied the general questions now i ant to get familiar with the signs. I have a driving license from a different country so if i pass this i am sure it will be easy going forth.

Many fail these signs everyday. Just running through stop signs following the vehicle ahead like train; some don't yield to pedestrians legally crossing, and many stop beyond the bold white markers and into the crosswalk area; many, many don't know how to merge and yield or stop, if necessary, to the right-of-way on interstate highways, etc. But, somehow the worse maintain a valid driver's license.

Can you let me know on different instances if there was a a double parked car and there was a vehicle coming toward you from the opposite direction (before you went or go around the double parked car) what would you need to do? Also if as you were going around the parked car and a car was coming toward you from the opposite direction what would you do then?

The answer of "B Proceed into different traffic lanes. ......" is wrong. The correct answer should be C , A series of turns and curves ahead.

24:30 I got that same question! But without the text & it was rectangular. It asked me what it represents? Danger Sidewalk Closed Road Work Ahead Or Caution. I thought in my head. These are all right though. I decided to choose Road Work Ahead and was marked wrong! Like I've seen the small rectangular signs before say a variety of stuff!

The picture of divided highway end is wrong. Please check and correct. T intersection is also not correct.
