This is tedious. Set one scene to all white, copy to the other three, then just change the one to blue on each scene.

No, u would have to re program. U could hit blackout and then go all dark. But thats prolly not what u want

Youve got to be kidding me. Not only are you not aiming the camera at the controller where we need to be looking, but the only lighting you have are the dmx fixtures, so half of the time the video is pitch black...wtf?

Hi Gerad! Thanks for the videos. They are very helpful. I do have one question...in playback, I want to manually run some scenes, switch to a chase for a few beats and then go back to manually running scenes. When I click over to the Chase, the Obey 40 changes to the Bank that Chase starts on. Then, to go back to the Scene, I have to run down the Banks until I get to the right one. If I allow the Chase to run while I try to do that, it keeps taking me back to the Chase Bank. If I turn the Chase off, I have a big black hole in the middle of my light show. Obviously, I'm very new at this, so any advice you can give is very welcome!

Thanks for the Tutorial. I'm going to be using some 4 channel cans ... if I (for instance) address my 4 channel can to 1,2,3,4 will i be able to address my next can to 5,6,7,8 or do i have to change the page to have separate control of a additional 4 channel can

+butchstich That depends on your controller. If you have the same controller I have, then you'd simply address the 2nd can to channel 17 instead of channel 5. The way mine works is I have 8 channel faders. Channels 1-8 are Page A and 9-16 are Page B on Fixture 1. Channels 17-24 are on page A and 25-32 are on Page B of Fixture 2, etc.. I'd first group lamps to the fixture numbers, so that way if you want to, you can do something specific to each fixture, but if you run out, you can actualy "double up" fixtures per strip, again, this all depends on your board.

I am now blind and can no longer do anything else with lighting. So I apologize for that. I’m hoping that you can eventually catch up with what’s happening in these videos for a lot of people have found them to be very helpful.

Gerad Deuvall Gerad Deuvall OMG! I am so sorry to hear that. Is this a recent condition? Did something happen? I’m a guitarist and we have similar taste in music I guess so I’ve watched some of your drum vids and I had no idea. As for the lighting thing. I’ll figure it out eventually or I’ll get bored and find something else to do.
