I am forever distraught that they didn’t. But nothing’s permanent in the TVD universe so I’m gonna hold on to hope that maybe one day they might.

I can relate to Kai's pain my whole life my family treated me like I was less than nothing it's like I didn't even exist too them.

This is why I would have loved them to meet 😂 Everyone in Lizzie’s life has been there for her even at her worst, I get the impression no one was there for Kai even at his best.
