Theres literally not a single program, commentator or channel that is trustworthy and honest when it comes to Palestine/Israel. Unfortunately it is mathematically impossible for a 3rd party candidate to win the presidency. The reality at this point is that we are going to have either Harris or Trump. We need electoral reform...specifically to abolish the electoral college and to enact ranked choice voting. But until we do that we are stuck in this gross reality.
Tired of people living in a fantasy world of make believe. Democrats won't "learn a lesson" if they lose. They don't learn. They don't care if Rump wins bc they are shielded from the horrific realities that a 2nd Rump term would bring. What is happening in Gaza is horrifying. What will happen there if Rump wins will be a hastening of the utter genocide of the Palestinian people and then he and his authoritarian pals will move on to Ukraine, South American nations....you name it. Anywhere with natural reaources that they can steal or exploit will be demolished by them. There is no mathematical way for our next president to be anyone other than Rump or Harris. The electoral college makes that impossible. Literally impossible. We need election reform...ending the electoral college and enacting ranked choice voting. But until we do, it is smartest to vote your heart in the primaries and then vote against the one who would be worse in the general. I hope every one of you who is complaining is also either running for office yourself (I am running for a state house seat in NH) or actively volunteering for a local campaign you believe in. Bc you can sit here on YT whining and acting as if a 2nd Rump presidency would not be magnitudes worse for Palestine and then also uniquely detrimental to other marginalized people...that just is not living in reality.

If there was ever an election in US history where 3rd party had a chance, this is it. And even if you're sure she doesn't have a chance, unless you are from a purple state your vote doesn't matter anyway so you might as well vote with your conscience.
