Quickest way to get over anger, anxiety, fear, hate etc (overpowering limbic (rear brain) functions: -Do math tables (multiply, add, subtract etc). =You need to power your frontal lobe (logic) to keep the limbic(rear) brain in check. Use feedback (logic check) mechanisms to ask yourself -Do those feelings make sense? Eating healthy fats can really help (brain is mostly fat).
Thank you for sharing your story. I developed chemical sensitivity & many food sensitivities a 6 months ago. I almost died in November 2020. That triggered me to develop severe anxiety & PTSD. This gave me so much hope. I was feeling like this crippling fear & anxiety was something I could never let go. This gave me so much hope.
I’m glad this gives you some hope. Hope is an incredible light that helps keep us moving forward. 💗 I’m so sorry to hear of your struggles. Wishing you all the best in your healing journey.
Thank you so much for sharing these stories! This motivates me to get back into my DNRS practice! Also, it was super expanding to hear that your bf and you are now engaged! Living with chronic illness makes it challenging to feel free in terms of dating. Would love to hear your tips on relationships/dating while recovering from chronic conditions if you ever make a video on that topic:)
Aw thanks!! Ugh omg I know. Dating or having a relationship while you’re sick is SO hard. I actually am planning to do a video to two about this in February. I thought it would be relevant to talk about relationship stuff around valentine’s day. 😊
@@HeyoItsMayo_MysticStar999 Yea just doing the approx. hour of practice a day. Do see subtle changes so far. Hope it helps me. Glad to see you had success with it.
@@ilhan995 you see a difference especially if you stick with it. Need to do it everyday then eventually that calm state becomes your new state. Takes time and some patience, but better than feeling bad.
What treatments did you do for lyme? I had undiagsnoed Lyme, bartonella, babesia, heavy metal and mold toxicity for about 4-5 years. I am 25, been very sick for 7 years now. I have tried so many different therapies but nothing seems to work. I believe a big part of my issues involve psychological issue and I am thinking about starting DNRS today.
I get asked this a lot and I’m actually planning to do a video about my lyme treatment and a different video about MCAS treatment in May, because I always do a health series for Lyme Awareness Month. I’m sorry you’ve been struggling for so long. I can definitely empathize. :/ Personally the people I know who had mold they had to treat and detox that first? Not sure if that’s helpful to mention or not. I didn’t have mold issues but I know it really complicates things. I say trust your gut, if you think you have some psychological things playing a part then listen to that. Talk therapy helped me a lot and we worked on cognitive therapy, which dnrs does include cognitive behavioral therapy. I know after so many years of being sick I had a chronic fight or flight stress response and even years into remission it still sometimes reers it’s head. For sure for me some psychological things played a part.
