what kind of training program was it? You can't figure it out just by watching. A push-up every 2-3 seconds for almost 25 minutes? Maybe you can put it in the video description next time so I can reproduce it?
Weights on push-ups are useless, especially on only 3 sets. If you want to prioritize strength, consider doing weighted dips. If you want muscle hypertrophy, just concentrate on volume - many qualuty sets with comfortable amount of reps.
