Good to see you rebound from content creation struggles and make it work with a change of venue. A lot of people don't really see what we go through behind the camera, and sometimes the struggle through adversity teaches us how to improvise and overcome. Also to answer your question, I do believe that more flexible discs wobble more initially, until gyroscopic forces smooth things out. But that will make things flip up earlier because of the increase wobble. That said, they're often money as approach discs, and they stiffen up a bit in colder weather.

Really enjoy gummy plastic in the winter, I also like them because they make the molds I throw a bit more flippy, which in turn evens out on stability because I always lose power when it's cold out anyways.

Thats interesting, so you've found gummy plastic is usually more flippy? For some reason I had thought it was supposed to be more overstable

@AndrewWoodDiscGolf Yeah I've heard the same! But for me it's seems more flippy. I mainly throw the k1 soft and esp flex, so it's still possible other gummy plastic could be in the norm of more stable.

FIRST Thanks for a nice try on the concept. Air-density, wind, handfeel and durability when hitting stuff is probably way more important than the temperature directly, even though it affects the amount of "water" in the discs and so on. The reason the original Kaxe's (6 4 0 3), Kaxe Z (6 5 0 2) were taken OOP is mostly that the numbers... no, the stability more exactly were not maintained between runs, some runs of the Kaxe Z had more stability than the Kaxe, they are/were sought after. So the new Kaxe Retooled should be a better representation of a mold in different plastics actually :P Innova have adjusted several discs numbers (Pig is now a speed 4 for example) but the Roc3 is still a 3 fade, never ever! :D

Thanks for the insight! Thats really interesting. These 3 are the Kaxe Retooled, and overall I really liked the mold! 6 speeds are always a little bit of a weird slot me for though. But the stability was nice, straight with the smallest amount of fade. Felt a lot like a 6 5 -1 1 or maybe a 6 5 0 1. Cool disc though for sure

Only someone from Texas would think to send a white disc to use in the cold. My mistake! I now understand the hype behind Dayglow 😂😅 Totally agree on the flight numbers of the kaxe (retooled) though! K1 soft definitely flies like a 6, 5,-1, 1 for me. But the K1 I think is more like a 6, 5, 0, 1. Enjoyed the video!
