This is an important vlog that introduces 3 decision flow charts to help you make key decisions about issuing proceedings, whether to instruct lawyers, and when to go it alone. The problem for so many is actually the decision early on as to whether to get legal, having exhausted other options. Sometimes it is better to pick your battles in life and move on. If you do decide to bring a claim you need to know what you are likely to face once proceedings are underway.
But how do you make an informed decision?
The "Decision Flow Charts" with notes, are designed to help you decide. Email hello@courtwingman.com and be added to our mailing list if you would like the PDF of these charts.
If you want to approach us for a legal surgery (£150) here is how to prepare your paperwork before you do:

Hi I won my case but the dealer never paid by the date asked by the judge, in march; and he's moved location (still in the UK). Is there a way for me to get my money back by summoning him to court? It's above 5000 so I can't use bailiffs, I don't know his bank details either so can't freeze his accounts. And the sherriff seems like a long winded approach that won't lead anywhere.
