Actually, Six of Crows checks like 3 of these questions hahaha. - 10 letters - Ends with the same letter - Has two maps I scream everytime booktubers (who I know has SOC) find a hard time looking for books that SOC checks hahaha.
@@priisawallflower yes I remember 'Six of Crows' has 2 maps but Regan has multiple fantasy books to fulfill that challange, but it took time for her to get a book with title exactly 10 alphabets long.😁😁
Its funny how she was struggling to find a 10 letter book title and then when moving on to the next question she picks out six of crows which has 10 LETTERS😂😂😂 the world really does have a sense of humour
Technically Rick Riordan isn't a pen name, Rick is just short for Richard. However Cassandra Clare is a pen name because her real name is Judith Rumelt.
Good Omens also qualifies for the TV show question, it premiered on Friday via Amazon Prime. If you enjoyed the book, I highly recommend the TV show as it follows the book closely and keeps its characteristic humour.
I thought of a book with 10 letters that you didn’t even consider on your bookshelf - Heir Of Fire! Do you have any Cassandra Clare books? She uses a pen name. I laughed when Clay helped you out!
The writer of _City of Thieves_ is David Benioff-one of the writers for HBO's _Game of Thrones_ adaption of the _A Song of Ice and Fire_ book series by George R. R. Martin. Yes, I am a huge nerd. 😂
I’d like to let you know that the dragon books from Naomi Novik isn‘t a trilogy, there are 9 books in this series 😅 (and I love every single one of them ❤️)
Do I Have That Book? Challenge: 1. Do you have a book with deckled edges? The Angel Experiment [Maximum Ride #1] by James Patterson 2. Do you have a book with three or more people on the cover? Frindle by Andrew Clements 3. Do you have a book based on another fictional story? Cinderella (as if you didn't already know the story) by Barbara Ensor 4. Do you have a book with a title that is 10 letters long? The Martian by Andy Weir (I actually had a few options for this one) 5. Shadow Kiss [Vampire Academy #3] by Richelle Mead 6. Do you have a mass market paperback book? Return To The Secret Garden by Susan Moody 7. Do you have a book written by an author using a pen name? The Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith aka J. K. Rowling (although my copy has a sticker on the front that says Written by J. K. Rowling) 8. Do you have a book with a character's name in the title? Maniac Magee by Jerry Spinelli 9. Do you have a book with two maps in it? I have multiple books with 1 map that takes up two pages but none with two maps. 10. Do you have a book that was turned into a TV show? Mortal Instruments books by Cassandra Clare (I only own City of Ashes and City Of Fallen Angels of that series) 11. Do you have a book written by someone who was originally famous for something else? The Wishing Spell [Land Of Stories #1] by Chris Colfer (originally famous for glee although I found his books before I found out he was an actor) 12. Do you have a book with a clock on the cover? The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern 13. Do you have a poetry book? In my official book collection I don't but I have multiple in my school books (haven't read any of them) 14. Do you have a book with an awards stamp? Princess Academy by Shannon Hale (Newberry Honor Book Award) 15. Do you have a book written by an author who shares the same initials as you? I do not. The closest would be The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald because my initials are SF and his are FSF 16. Do you have a book of short stories? Pieces edited by Stephen Chbosky 17. Do you have a book that is between 500 and 510 pages long? Clockwork Prince [Infernal Devices #2] by Cassandra Clare 18. Do you have a book that was turned into a movie? I have a lot of them but my favorite book-to-movie adaptation is The Perks Of Being A Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky 19. Do you have a graphic novel? The Stonekeeper [Amulet #1] by Kazu Kibuishi 20. Do you have a book written by two or more authors? You Know Me Well by Nina LaCour & David Levithan (I have multiple but this is the only one that I've read that I own)
"Books with 3 or more people on the cover* Regan: *Pulls out a book with 4 people* Oh that has 4 people. I can't count. Me: *Sitting her like* Y-you can count that book XD
I'm not sure if you still have your copy, but The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August by Claire North counts for the pen name one. Think her name is actually Catherine Webb
Cassandra Clare is a pen name, I didn't know that until I saw other people do this challenge as well. I couldn't find one with my initials either, mine are V.L. Great job! I think you got almost all of them.
For poetry, I can recommend: The White Rose is a recent YA release - its still a story, just told in poems. Very readable. Beautiful - about a young woman's opposition to Nazi occupation. The Poet X is a similar style These ones are more autiobiographical?- about female strength Wild Embers: poems of rebellion, fire and beauty - Nikita Gill (my favourite) The Witch Doesnt Burn in this One - Amanda Lovelace (you dont need to read the first companion one, this one is better) Everyone seems to like Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur but I prefer the above
