You said yourself that these boots are very comfortable. IMHO, they look FANTASTIC on you!! ❤ So, if I were you, I’d keep them and NOT return them. - I’ve never worn riding boots before, but I’ve known people who have-one of my nieces has her own boot collection, which includes a very stylish pair of riding boots (but they’re so expensive that she rarely wears them; she’ll put them on once every other blue moon). Based on these facts, I think I can safely say that I understand why the calves are so wide: they have to make room for your pant legs AND your socks. It’s considered “the norm” for one to wear knee socks over the legs of one’s pants so that one could then slip one’s feet into the riding boots without anything bunching up. In this wonderful video presentation-you’re not wearing breeches, white riding pants, denim jeans OR cotton knee socks-AND THAT’S PERFECTLY FINE. I, for one, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the way they complement your ensemble!! The fact that you’re wearing them with a black skirt and dark pantyhose is ABSOLUTELY GREAT!! I love that look! - My point is that there’s a reason for the width, there’s a reason for “all the give,” and it’s nothing to be concerned about, IMHO. IT’S TOTALLY UP TO YOU, IT’S TOTALLY YOUR DECISION, THE BALL IS TOTALLY IN YOUR COURT. HOWEVER, to answer your question once more-if I were you, I’d keep them and not return them. ❤
Definitely keep. This is exactly what I want for this Fall & Winter. I had spinal surgery & can no longer wear my boots with a heel. Can u get these boots in the U.S.? Anyways, they look great on you.
