I have been a teacher at the Faculty of Fine Arts where he studied, and I fully subscribe to what he says; He was capable of making a professional level concept, a studio drawing, a cover illustration, a 3D textured space design, or a suspense short film at the same time. But I think he is very wise and brave to make this reflexion; as a teacher, I see the difficulties that exist when it comes to make an artistic choice as a student or interested in the art world. Sometimes I feel that you can be under a lot of pressure to decide your approach correctly, and it is projected onto you that you must love what you do. I think, in my professional experience, that sometimes it is unrealistic. Many times you will enjoy what you do, other times not so much, but that's normal. Just as it is normal for you to start out with one interest, and then as you progress as a student or artist you change your focus. We have projected an idea of success in social networks in which you can have the feeling of unconditional love and perfectly meditated decisions about what we like to do. But we are always in the process of reflection, analysis. So I applaud him for sharing this reflection with you.
