You should change the name of this vid to something about st2 pro and sub set-up! So others can find it... ! I only stumbled across it by reading comments of other vids. I really wanted to see such vid but it didn't show in my search efforts.
Best sub. I bought the exact same one. I found that the best way to find placement was too put the sub on the chair , play some good lo end (I used d'angelo voodoo) and listen to where it sounds the most linear. It's a small sweet spot. then put the sub there. I used the Dadman Mtrx integrated linkwitz reilly crossover using sonarworx to calculate the delay. I works very well with my ATC 25 and I really hate the whole idea of subs. I'll be implementing a Trinnov MC Pro with dante to see if it works better than the MTRX. I also have two custom ATC 15" subs in my other room that are analog filtered on their amp with ATC50s. You barely hear them, they just add that extra octave below to 15hz that make clients want to come back.
The sub is fed from the 3rd output of the Trinnov so it controls the bass management between the Focal's and the PSI A225 Sub from the stereo source coning into the Trinnov
