Love your hair it’s beautiful! I’m new to the Loc world, I’m 1 month in and I get my retwist tomorrow. I’m like you, I’m a cosmologist and I have been doing my hair even before I got my license, but I’m not a loctition which they don’t teach you how to do locs, but I have always done braids, 2 strand twist etc… to my natural hair for years, but I said all that to say what you said you want it to be done right and I did the same thing and found a loctition. I am going to go to her and learn how she washes it and how she twist it, etc.. then I will do it myself, but until then I have done everything she said to do since I’m just 1 month in to the letter, and I can’t wait to be able to do it myself and use my own oils and stuff that I want to retwist with. I love my hair frizz and all and all I want is to get my roots re colored to cover this gray for now
