Hello Gisi! Thank you for being here!.Yes! I am bringing those videos! In fact I have a special declutter coming very soon. Believe me ot all gives me major anxiety too!🤣 I totally feel ya! And Mama give yourself grace! You have everybright to be exhausted. The entire firat year post pardum is the most difficult and draining! Heck I didnt start to feel myself for 2 years Post pardum each baby of myne! Just do small works esch day outside of your major work with baby. Tajing care of baby around the clock is your main job and so its inevitable that the house will take a back seat. But you dont want it weugh on your happiness and so if the mess is making you unhappy in anyway then start in one corner of that space thats bugging you and set a timer for 10 mins..Then if thats all you do that is all good! Repeat the next day or time you feel up.to that. Cleaning a little is better than nothing at all. You are doing your most important work as Mama so feel proud! The mess can always get cleaned up. Just start to do a little at s time and you may be surprised where that takes you! God bless & stay Mighty!🦋💪🙏

Love from Scotland the struggle is real lol it's a clear out I need my son turned 13 and wants rid of his toys out his room but my wee granson is 6 so I need to recycle some of my son's toys for my granson! 😣💙p.s I struggle with even getting out of bed and doing the things I really need to do urgently !!

Thank you for being open about trauma and the effects in adulthood. I also went through severe trauma as a child and it has had a negative effect on me as an adult. Mental health is very important to talk about which is something I don’t do a lot. Thanks again new subscriber. I had a a cleaning channel at once but I gave up on it due to anxiety and depression.

Hello Jessica! Thank you so much for hanging out with me and listening to my talks. I completely understand how detrimental past trauma can be but in my self healing journey I have learned thus far that our past does not define us. We can choose happiness and have the beautiful life that we deserve. We are in control of our thoughts and feelings. What you think is what you will feel. You must deliberately force yourself to focus on the positive and the good. It is a brain retrain which I know is not easy and requires much work, consistency and time but I promise this works and you can do it! And girl i would love to see you start up a channel again! I would be so happy to support you! My channel saved my soul! It gave me a sense of who i am again and not just a mom. I need this channel it is truly life for me as the individual (the woman). We all need an outlet. If you decide to come back please let me know! good toilet cleaning tip..."dust" your toilet with a paper towel before you spray it with disinfectant, you won't be chasing the hair and dust and makes it way easier and faster to clean.

Hey! Here, watching! Our kids will definitely always come first! Omg my girls do that, as I'm cleaning making another mess but I do tell them I'm cleaning up so no mess so that usually helps. They already know I don't play when I'm cleaning up lol. So nice to have the house to yourself to catch up!

I listen to music while cleaning and organizing which makes me finish the work rather then telling myself I will do it tomorrow or later... so listening to your favorite songs makes cleaning much more easier.

When you spray the cleaner on your stove, let it sit for 5 minutes before you start scrubbing. There is no reason for you to put in so much physical movement. This is the same when you hand wash your dishes. Let them soak in a sink full of hot water and dish soap for 10 minutes, then wash them. You'll do far less scrubbing. Clean/tidy another area when the soaking is happening.

You're a kindred spirit in so many ways, chica! You really did make me chuckle when you said "bufu"! 😂 I tell people frequently its way in Outer BuFu, Egypt and they look at me like I'm off my nut! Hang in there, sister! We are all in this together and youve obviously found your niche and healing. I love to help others by sending them off for a day or several days and I give them a clean slate by cleaning everything. SOMETIMES its just the ticket to help, but other times, I find it goes wrong and they don't use it as a fresh start, but stop cleaning completely. It's been a learning experience for everyone involved. Your motivation for my rough days has been FANTASTIC! Keep up the good work! 💕

You do an excellent job. I have started a section at a time. My kids are grown now. I understand about the toys. I have two girls 15 months apart. When I would clean they only wanted to play with the broken toys or the ones I wanted to get rid of. Lol it’s a lot of hard work but doable.

Hi Lorrie! Yes! Exactly! I actually have to wait until a day my husband is off and he can take the littles out somewhere so I can declutter all their toys. It's so hard because then I feel guilty like I am throwing away their childhood but I know it's not that important to them. It's just hard to do when they actually pay with everything at different times. I am just sooo tired of picking up the mess. I have to create a system so they can start helping me. It just all gets really overwhelming for me but I am going to do it! And I will definitely share that video here after. Thanks for being here Lorrie and I hope you will stick around! Im a grandmother and a great-grandmother and I've suffered anxiety and depression from the time I was in my early 20's. { Severe childhood traumas also } Im not particularly messy but my cupboards could use a good sorting out and cleaning. I'm a 59 yr old woman with ADHD Depression Anxiety & Borderline personality disorder... I think you're ABSOLUTELY fantastic... You have seriously helped me along unlike ANY OTHER mental health facility.. HOWEVER... With all do Respect... You have sooooo many toys i don't know how they get played with.... I DO KNOW how kids will just drag them out one by one quicker than if they turned the entire toy box over... I'm a fur baby mom. 3 big dogs and a big rabbit in a small house. Fur everywhere all the time. Dirt and dust, too much furniture to work around. I'm 57, single with no one to be accountable too. I "should" myself to death. I should be doing xyz. Dealing with depression from losing a loved one too.

I am not a mom but there is a 2 1/2 year old that lives here. Just finished getting her port trained. She goes to daycare and then to the babysitters. Her grandma, my friend, is her permanent guardian. She works 12 to 13 hours Monday through Friday. So therefore I clean the house and keep it in the best shape that I can. My poor bedroom gets ignored.

I really understand about looking around after cleaning up toys only to see a path behind me, made by my son! It has been many years since he was little but I still remember him telling me not to put his toys in "time out" as they had been good! He was rescuing them from discipline! (Or so he thought...) You have probably already thought of this but I found that my daughter had so many toys that she would run from one to the next and dump everything out just to be dumping. Someone suggested that I rotate her toys - only have a few out at a time, put the rest away and change out every week or so....That way you have so much less to pick up after play time and they feel like they are getting something new when you change things up.

I don’t know if you’ve ever considered it, but if you store away 1/2 of the toys, and swap them out every few months, it’s like new toys to the kids. And less to keep up with daily A lot of toys really stresses me out

I couldn't get my kids to do any school work when they went in school mine are teens and when I could get them to log in there would be technical difficulty or they would have it on but wouldnt listen drive me bonkers did not help my anxiety or depression or stress levels

Hey Mama! I know this is an old video, but something MY mama taught me when doing big cleans like this is to use a laundry basket or two to sort things into categories (to be washed, tossed, put away in another space, etc.) as you’re tidying so it’s easier to clean the space without all the junk you tidied on the floor!
