I had an emergency with a broken toe/foot two ribs and a chipped tooth. The experience was a nightmare and in the end I got no help from this company. I can no longer recommend them for mission trip insurance. Do not buy through Alaska Airlines as well.

The impossibility of communication with travel insurance companies is by Design and the website saying documents uploaded did not go through as by Design and the website saying No Such claim number found is by Design and by the way there is nothing on earth that could happen to you that does not fall within the realm of all the exclusions do not waste your money on this garbage being able to buy the policy does not show that the travel insurance company is reputable. They have every possible claim you can make cover with the exclusion

Hey guys I just seen a RU-vidr post a video on how to get a refund when travel insurance REFUSES to pay. Dispute the charge with your credit card company!! Bc technically you paid for a service that wasn’t rendered. Your bank will reach out to them for further investigation. Hope this helps !

Perhaps in lieu of bad mouthing an insurance company you should have prayed for a miracle or street healing that you refer to in your whining episode. In my mind a chipped tooth , broken toe and two cracked ribs do not constitute a med-evac emergency. If you couldn't find a local doctor how do you know you had broken bones? My wife and I just had a true emergency and returned from Europe, Allianz responded very quickly and provided full coverage of our claim without us having to jump through any hoops. We were very satisfied and will certainly feel secure about using Allianz in the future.

So your pain was worse than anybody else ? Ever have a broken rib , numb nuts ? You can barely breath the pain is so intense. Did you ever think he may have had a chest x ray when he returned home ? His opinion here. If, instead of bad mouthing him and whining about your own alleged emergency, why don't you just keep scrolling ?

I was thinking the same thing. Any insurance company would have wanted documentation. I really don't know what this guy expected. Did he think they were going to fly him somewhere because of a couple broke ribs and toe? Although painful, certainly not life threatening. Dropped calls can happen especially in remote areas that is not a red flag but facts and the same with internet. Then the insurance company did not want to pay a claim because he did not have documentation .... how dare them. LOL. As far as customs keeping the items he obviously did not do his research prior to flying to another country to see what was on the banned list. If he had, this issue would have never happened to start with.
