Should I buy macbook from cashify

I got a laptop with only password which I got at buying but when I erased all data using settings MDM lock popped up. Since I didn't knew the login details I opened recovery and format the ssd, opened terminal and typed rm -rf * and tried command + R again but it does not work and shows folder with question mark. I created bootable with other mac for macOS 12 then command + R worked but only for enabling wifi and post downloading it stops and shows alert security settings do not allow this mac to use external disk and asks to restart. Today out of frustration I slammed it shut so hard that its display also went out. Now I can't even tell what is happening on that blank screen. Seems like my recovery is faulted as it does not open with any key combinations , pendrive boot is not allowed and screen is blank so it does not show on extended monitor too. Too much trouble.🥲 Can I simply install some other OS somehow in the current state?
