For the one where you had to keep running around, and they kept telling you "DON'T STOP!" I personally think that that one is not liking your body, so you keep running and exersizing to try to get your body weight down but none of it works and you keep telling yourself to keep going because you just want to be skinny like all of the other perfect people but it just never works and you're stuck with a negative body image. It could just be me and my thoughts though.

Okay I think this game was like a weird way to simulate anxiety, turning into depression and the help me phone at the end was like a suicide hotline that saved you and that’s why it was so happy at the end and gave a motivational speech. Just my thoughts 🤷🏻‍♀️ Edit: and the bad ending is deciding to end it all (suicide)

Its sad that people think they have depression because they understand this. Its part of puperty. Why else do you think parents say it? The mood swings trigger you to overthink, that means stress. Stress doesn’t always mean depression. Its part of growing up. I know myself even though im going through the same thing :,) oh well- but still. Life isn’t perfect. However that doesn’t mean it’s horrible. If bad things never happened. The good things wouldn’t stand out! Going through something? It might mean God is preparing us for adulthood. Its worse, trust me.

As someone with anxiety and major depressive disorder and possible adhd, this is exactly how it feels some days, the people in the game that were looking at you talking about you, that's what anxiety feels like some days, the "safe place" correlates to that space where you feel happy, less sad, safe, with8n your depression, I also took that as self harm. A place that I myself have found "safe" because of the control it gives you. Super interesting game overall
